A typical "you get what you pay for" hotel. A fine location close to London Euston train station, regents park as well as the pubs of Camden Town.

Very comfortable hotel, attractive rooms and public spaces, fairly friendly staff and quite conveniently located. When I stayed there in January 2013, the internet connection and outbound phone were down, over 5 days. This was an inconvenience. To the hotel staff credit, they offered to reimburse my booking and assist in finding another hotel. Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again, but would ensure prior knowledge about such amenities.

Very nice hotel, excellent location, good for us businessmen, nice restaurants nearby, good staff, clean, free internet, etc... I'll stay there everytime I have business at Warton.

We first chose this hotel because it was located only a few miles from family and friends. One of us had stayed there happily before under different management but assumed it would still be well-run because she was also positively disposed toward the Mercure group, based on past experience. That held true. We had small, but comfortable, rooms. (Perhaps the size was because we each had a single room.) The breakfast is wonderful. We did not eat dinner in the dining room because, when we returned at night, lighter fare was what we wanted. So, we enjoyed some wonderful food combinations in the bar, whose menu allowed us to pick and choose. We look forward to staying here again.

"Perfect wedding venue"
The hotel was fantastic overall, the wedding reception room was beautiful and the staff were brilliant. However, my room was tiny, needed a lot of renovation work and was not worth what we paid for the satruday night. "Potential to be lovely but..."
My friend and I booked this hotel with the intention of getting a good night sleep prior to doing the Yorkshire 3 peaks the next day. The room was nice enough and we used the spa facilities which were ok, though could do with a revamp - paint falling off walls and a bit of mould. But the main problem was that the night we stayed there was a school "prom" […] on. On our way in we got verbally abused by drunk teenagers who made and incredibly lewd comment to us. We wanted to have a quiet drink about 10 just before going to bed but the lounge area was directly next to where the "prom" was happening and the teenagers were coming and going, leaving the door open with really loud dance music filling the whole hotel basement, They were incredibly drunk - one girl even had to be escorted in to the male toilets to be sick. They were disturbing all the guests and the staff didn't seem to even question them, try to make them keep the door shut or make an effort to shut it themselves. Then after we went to bed they were making horrndous noise outside our room until gone midnight, so not the best night sleep we could have had before our long hike the next day. However one good thing was the conservatory areas where we got a bit more peace from the rowdyness and also the hotel were very accomodating about getting us some breakfast prior to the time it was normally served.I would just suggest you check they have no "events" on if you plan to stay here and get some rest! Lovely stay beautiful room and gardens. Hotel beautiful breakfast nice, asked for baked beans as wasnt on menu and it wasnt any trouble at all waitress lovely. Ordered ice for champagne and an ice bucket sent to room straight away. Room was amazing deluxe suite with jacuzzi.
