I literally cannot complain of the hotel, their service, cleanliness, and activities except for the location. It's located too far away of any bays and the one that they have available, is open sea and not safe for my four year old. Other than that, AWESOME.

Un buen hotel para descanso, limpio y empleados con buena actitud de servicio, la playa limpia y adecuada para el lugar aunque no muy recomendable nadar ahi, pero existe la laguna donde puedes practicar kayak (eso nos lo mencionaron a la salida, inclusive con guia). Un punto a mejorar es el servicio de internet, es muy malo, me informaron algunos empleados […] que siempre tienen ese problema, en la actualidad muchos viajamos con lap,Ipad o celular con conexion, si ofreces internet pues "que funcione", y una sugerencia la musica ambiental es del tipo lounge, sin embargo pudiese ser algo tranquilo pero de otro genero.
