This hotel exceeded our expectations in almost every way. Staff were extremely helpful and the room was bright, airy and spotless. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet despite being in the front of the hotel. HVAC system responded instantly. The hotel restaurant was very nice if a bit pricey. Only downer was the wine list which was meager […] and severely overpriced. Location was just off the Arbat, the big pedestrian street. There is a Metro stop just across the street and it is an easy 45-60 minute Metro plus train ride to SVO airport. One more example of their level of detail- the room safe much bigger than normal and has an electrical outlet so I could lock up my laptop and charge it at the same time. This new, botique hotel is beautiful down to the last detail. It was clean, comfortable and combined modern conveniences with old world charm. It was lovely to be welcomed by English speaking, friendly and smiling staff eager to please. Hotel is very clean and new. Located a few minutes from metro station, great grocery store, mac cafe with excellent coffee, a mu mu with cheap and decent food, the pedestrian street in Arbat and a local market on Friday! We had a lovely days in Russia, the hotel is quite expensive, but then Russia is. From my point of view it catered well for the disabled traveller, something Russia is not up to speed with !! , our room and bed were clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

We were very pleased with this hotel during our week long stay in early September. The location is excellent for the metro (we used it daily) and the shops, cafes and restaurants on nearby Arbat Street. On arrival we asked for a room away from street noise and were given a very quiet comfortable room on the 5th floor with queen size bed and good view […] toward New Arbat. Staff were always polite and helpful in dealing with whatever issue we raised. There were timely responses to requests for room service (such as an ice bucket) or for the room to be cleaned. Overall we found the atmosphere more casual than in 5* Moscow hotels. All weekend an inexpensive outdoor food market was held on a street near the hotel. My husband regularly used the compact fitness room with good changing rooms and found it so uncrowded that it was like having a private workout area. We would return to and recommend this hotel. Can't really complain about anything to do with the hotel. The rooms are excellent, there is a bar/restaurant in the hotel and the staff are very helpful. The hotel is in a quite lively area of Moscow and is only about 20 minutes walk to the Kremlin area (the subway is less than 50m away from the hotel for those who don't like to walk). We had a beautiful corner deluxe room with a king bed and a sofa bed. We had booked through Expedia for three persons. On arrival we were able to check in at 8am (wonderful to shower and change after a long overnight train trip). We were however advised that there would be an extra charge for the third person. Brand new hotel in central moscow, everything is new and clean and fresh. We stayed in a one bed suite which was superb. Room was amazing - one small criticism is there was a bit too much furniture in the room and a large pillar in the centre of the bedroom which was quite annoying.
