It was great to find a hotel with complimentary parking. We stayed just overnight on the way to Swiss and this was really nice stop with the possibility to walk around the island. Hotel is small, nice, pension-style. Breakfast was also satisfactory.

Went to Lindau to run the Sparkasse Half Marathon. Loved staying here. The race start is right out the door. The location is beautiful. Hotel staff very friendly and professional. On the day we left, we had to leave before breakfast to make it to the airport, so the receptionist offered to have the morning desk person bring some coffee to our room. This was a nice touch (the restaurant wasn't even open yet). Great food in the restaurant, everything was really perfect.

Throughout our travels in Germany we were very pleased with the service and cleanliness of every place we stayed with the exception of Hotel Jufa Meersburg. First impression when we walked in was that the hotel would meet our needs quite nicely. Unfortunately this was not the case. The front desk staff were neither friendly nor helpful. We asked for […] an additional blanket and the check in staff couln't understand what we were requesting. There were cobwebs in both our sleeping area (below the top bunk bed) and in the bathroom. Under the bed the floor was quite dirty. The atmosphere seemed rather sterile - not the friendly environments we experienced every other place we stayed on this trip. Breakfast was quite adequate. Das Hotel war perfekt für uns als 5-köpfige Familie. Das Zimmer supergross und praktisch. Das Frühstück ausgezeichnet und die Kinder haben den fantastischen Spielplatz geliebt. Das wunderschöne Städtchen Meersburg war das Tüpfchen auf dem i. Wir kommen wieder. :-)

Umgebautes Krankenhaus in Meersburg, zentrale Lage, Parkplatz ca 100m (kostenpflichtig). Tolle Zimmer, tolles Frühstück, für Famielien zu empfehlen. Und endlich: es hat Haken im Bad !! Tja, da bleiben die anderen Hotels Vorort nun leer :-)
