The Pan Pacific staff really took incredible care of me during my stay, and I greatly appreciate their service. The property itself is beautifully decorated, from the lobby to the guest rooms, and the location is very central for doing business in Singapore as well. Overall, one of my very best stays in Singapore. I will definitely return!

This hotel continues to be my favorite place to stay while working in Singapore. The staff continues to give above and beyond customer service, and the hotel appears to be making improvements and upgrades which it needs to do. Will head back for another trip in a few weeks to this hotel.

Room was large with a nice feel to it and staff were efficient and friendly. To be fair, this is not really my preferred type of hotel. Whilst it had... all the facilities, it lacks warmth and personal charm. I arrived very late and there was no cafe or restaurant open. Room service was, of course, available but I didn't want that. I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and it was a pleasant stay. The room (10th floor) was clean and quiet. The room I stayed in had a king-size bed and a LCD TV (a fairly large screen), and shower (no bathtub). The room came with some amenities including toothbrush/toothpaste, hand-sope, shampoo, and body sope. There is WIFI available in each room, […] but comes with extra-fee (~$5/hours). Hotel receptionists were friendly and helped me, so was a house-keeping person. The location was excellent as I stayed for a conference in a Resort Island Sentosa (which was sad, really) and was just minutes away from the hotel on foot. One thing I noticed was that AC plug in the hotel was not what I expected. In Singapore, the plug used seemed to be Type G (3 pins) as far as I saw places in Singapore and I brought a wrong one (You should check it). When I asked a receptionist, she lent an adapter for me. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone in particular if you are going to stay in Resort Island for most of your time in Singapore (This place is a bit far away from the city (20-30 min). Read more
