    It's quite nice and cozy, but a bit expensive than we expected. If we had stayed in the hostel located at the Flores Island, we would have saved half... of the sum. Anyway we enjoy a fantastic service and we love it, by a Hotels.com guest on 04/01/12

    After reading the reviews I expected more from this hotel. My husband was really disappointed as I picked this one. The customer service was great but the only suggestions we have is there was only one small bathroom garbage, no water or glasses for water. They also dont except credit cards if you need same day.     It's near ADO station, you can walk there within 10 minute. But a little far away from downtown. There are a big supermarket near the hotel. We can easy to buy something.

    メインとなる通りからはやや遠いです。 夜になると辺りは暗く、探すのに苦労するかも(笑) プールが付いてるので、子連れなら遊べるかもしれません(笑)

    Отель расположен очень неудачно. В Паленке лучше останавливаться в отеле ,который ближе к природе. Есть бассеин, горячая вода, чисто. Персонал вообще не говорит по английский. Нужно обладать хорошей мимикой и артистизмом чтобы что-нибудь объяснить.Экскурсии покупайте в городе, в отеле цена завышена. Холодильника или мини бара нет. На ресепшн стоит холодильник […] с водой, колой и пивом. Цены выше чем в 5-звездочном отеле в Канкуне.     El hotel no debe ser de 3 estrellas. Es muy sencillo y le falta comodidad en cuartos e instalaciones. El precio esta bien solo que no se en que se basa la calificacion del hotel de 3 *
