Beautiful resort. Very relaxing. Resort is clean and peaceful. Staff are efficient and friendly. Ocean view from our room was amazing. I loved this hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

A great hotel, clean, cheap and staff excellent. Slightly dodgy area after dark as I was alone. If I had been in a couple this wouldn't have bothered me. Breakfast ok but nothing special.

Went there for a weekend in end of Feb. The resort deserves its 5-star rating, the facilities are just amasing and the staff is friendly and smilling from day to night. The resort and the area are perfect for a relaxing moment. Spa, swimming pool, beach, snorkeling and other water activities are provided by the hotel. Do not hesitate to bargain the price of these activities (a 10 to 25% discount will be easily offered). Buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner are just delicious.

I enjoyed my stay there that booked for anopther two days, I could not fault the facilities and staff, everyone I met, from the receptionists at the front desk to....the cleaners who cleaned the rooms were very profesional and friendly. 10 out of 10 for all the facilities. many thanks to all who made my stay a great experiance

"quiet place to stay"
I like this hotel with its friendly staff and cordial greeting. They treat guests like family members. The hotel is nestled quitely from the busy streets but that won't keep you from visiting cebu spots as taxis roam around and most drivers know the place. The hotel ambiance is warm and cozy; you'd like you're in your home. One thing I quite doesn't […] like much are the sheets and covers of bed and blankets to the towels. They're quite cold as they seem to be too used; maybe bec of the price you pay. It would be a 5 for me if this will improve. "Palazzo Pensionne"
The staff is friendly and nice. They helped if we needed any help for example with ferry schedules. Breakfast was included. The room was clean and nice, with big TV and wifi. The hot water mixer in the shower was not working so you'd had to wash yourself either icecold or damn hot water... Palazzo staff are pleasant and helpful but not at all sophisticated in their own field. Any question pertaining to subjects out side the Physical hotel will be met with a look somewhere between Puzzled and 'Deer caught in the headlights". The location is described as " in a quiet neighborhood". To Philippino's it might seem so.To you and I It's in […] residential area with narrow streets, ubiquitous barking dogs, crowing roosters, noisy vendors, and loud tricycles. The room was nice, comfy bed, good hot water, good T.V. (lousy channel selection) and clean. BUT, 2 get to my room I had to walk past the reception desk, thru the dining /Kitchen room, out to a local clothes washing common area, thru a function room, up three flights of stairs. Would I stay there again? Yeah, because where in the Philippines can you find a place in that price range with out those usual complaints? FOOD? Barf-- order take out from the usual Places. "Clean and comfortable - terrible breakfast =)"
Cebu City is not a very nice place, but this hotel is ok. It was quite cheap for two peopleand it was totally worth. With aircon, and it was clean and comfortable. The reception lady was not the nicest and the breakfast was terrible, but for one night totally ok for that price.

I love palazzo pensionne and I will stay here everytime i go to cebu! It is close to all, the bed is so comfy, the room is clean and the staffs are very friendly. Air condition, free breakfast, free wi-fi, cable lcd tv's ,comfy beds and mins away from main Malls, pleasant and friendly employees its all one can need and want!
"スタッフの対応が良い"
受付の人の対応がとっても良い。 部屋は思っていたよりも広く、清潔感があった。 電気トラブルや、水周りの故障も無く、いつシャワーを使っても熱いお湯がでて快適だった。 ホテル内にレストラン（食堂と言ったほうが良いかも）がありそこで昼食、夕食を注文したが価格の割にはボリュームがあり味も良く、満足できた。ただ、大きなショッピングモールには遠いが、スタッフがタクシーを呼んでくれるので助かる。

Za příznivou cenu velmi příjemný rodinný hotýlek. V pokoji okno, což v této oblasti není samozřejmé. Skvělá hotelová kuchyň, výborně vaří.

Das Hotel ist sehr einfach, der Service und Komfort ist einfach, aber sauber. Ich würde es zwar nicht mehr buchen aber wer Geld sparen will kann dort einfach und relativ gut übernachten
