      The Park Suites ITC was decent and clean with a good pool. The room service was a bit lacking after 10p as were the options for breakfast in the morning but, all in all, I had a clean (if a bit dated) room, working internet and was able to sleep soundly.

    I travel to Sao Paulo frequently and decided to try a new budget hotel. As most overnight flights arrive early, I got to the hotel at 11 am -- I asked if the room was ready, the front desk said yes, however if I wanted to check in it would be an additional 50% charge. O hotel é mto bom, a localização é ótima e tranquila, sem barulhos a noite, os aptos são excelentes, uma única ressalva para o banheiro, mto pequeno e só tem um em um apto de dois quartos. Mas vale o custo benefício. Tem uma excelente churrascaria rodízio na esquina, 39,00 p/p.

    Achei excelente o hotel. Os dias do meu evento é que foram ruins em virtude de ter sido domingo e segunda feira. Não encontrei um salão de beleza aberto e não acreditava que isso pudesse acontecer na capital paulista e em um bairro como Higienópolis.

    Nos quedamos sin agua por una falla en una llave al interior del apartamento. No habia nadie en mantenimiento para solucionarlo, tuvimos que cambiar de habitacion a las 8am y casi perdemos el vuelo.

    As suites podem ter 2 ou 3 quartos.. se estiver com a família aconselho pedir um triplo (o preço é quase o mesmo de um duplo),pois a sala é bem maior e tem 2 banheiros.As camareiras são bem caprichosas na limpeza e o café da manhã é muito bom.Já me hospedei aqui 3 vezes e pretendo voltar .O custo benefício vale a pena.

    O hotel é novinho e bonito, mas a cama do quarto é pequena e não tenho muita impressão de limpeza talvez pelo tipo debpiso que é manchado, o isolamento acustico é quase inexistente, e tomar café pode ser bem desagradavel se vc sentar ao lado da cozinha onde focam jogando louças e talheres sem dó nenhum, muuuito barulho! Ja se vc sentar do outro lado […] vc pode comer o pão de queijo com calma que é otimo. O shopping patio higienopolis fica a uns 4 ou 5 quarteiroes, da pra ir andando apesar dos quarteiroes grandes. A estacao de metro proxima é a marechal, a menos de 2 quarteiroes, os arredores para esse lado nao sao mt bons, ja os para o lado do shopping sao melhores. A noite nao aconselharia metro. Acho que os apartamentos poderiam ter uma mesinha para refeições, pois o balcão é muito alto. Buffet de jantar poderia ter mais opções de salada.

Primeiro a relação custo benefício: eu, minha esposa e 2 filhas nos hospedamos em uma suíte que era, na verdade, um apartamento com sala 2 quartos e cozinha americana, e isso com uma tarifa um pouco mais cara do que a de um quarto normal de hotel. Segundo, a localização: o entorno é bastante agradável e próximo à estação Marechal […] Deodoro do metrô, com comércio próximo e a poucas quadras do Shopping Pátio Higienópolis, de excelente qualidade. Terceiro: a comodidade para quem, como eu, vai de carro próprio, com estacionamento no próprio hotel e vaga garantida. Por fim, destaco o ótimo atendimento geral dos funcionários e o excelente café-da-manhã. Com certeza, em minha próxima visita a SP, o Higienópolis Hotel será minha primeira opção de hospedagem.
