Hotel Le Faucigny is in the ideal location in the middle of Chamonix Center. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are small compared to what you typically get in the U.S., but everything we needed was there. I would definitely stay again and would recommend Faucigny to others.

The hotels location is amazing. Waking up to the Alps in your back yard is something to behold. Lake view rooms are well worth the up charge. Breakfast was outstanding. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. All and all a great experience

Nice modest hotel in a great location in Chamonix. The staff was accomodating - however appeared to be short staffed at the front desk a lot of times. But the one person that was there - did there best they could with all that was going on. The rooms were modestly decorated - but clean. Excellent location - in great walking distance to everything Chamonix. If you do not want to spend a lot of money on accomodations, I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. Amazing location. Walking distance to anywhere in downtown Chamonix area. Very happy with our stay. My only complaint is that the building is not sound proofed very well. The loud clunking of ski boots in the AM was a little bothersome. But it acted as a good wake up call to get up and get out to ski some fresh pow. All in all, great place. I will most definitely be back.

Location.
Situated in Morzine, Chalet Eira is close to Avoriaz Ski Resort and winter recreation like snowshoeing and snowmobiling. Other regional attractions include Flaine Ski Resort and Samoens Ski Resort.

Hotel Features.
During the winter, enjoy onsite recreation like downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, and snowboarding and return when the snow melts for hiking/biking trails and horse riding/rentals. This mountain hotel's ski shuttle will get you to the slopes in no time. Chalet Eira helps provide the perfect ski vacation with ski storage, ski equipment rentals, and skiing lessons. At the end of the day, order après-ski drinks at the hotel's bar.
