The Hotel is very close to center, very conveniently located. It is very compact, loby, rooms, everything. It is inexpensively done, but with style. Also very colorful. The problem I had with it was that I walk around the room barefoot and the floor felt very oily and my feet were sticking to the floor. Also on out of the three nights, last night and […] next morning hot water ran out after 2 minutes in the shower. Staff said that both things are unusual and promised to take care of it. To keep in mind - for some, neighborhood might not be comfortable, I felt the area to be very safe but it is (for Germany :) ) a very diverse neighborhood full of with strip bars, computer stores and pawn shops. Location is great and near the main station of Munich and sightseeing points. Staff is nice and helpful. However, hotel room is small and there is only transparent door for the toilet. Also, the room is dark and "window" is facing the stairs.

Well the hotel is nice, modern and hip! Really close to the old city center where all the excitement is, near a ton of metro stations, but you would have to get past a ton of strip clubs and casinos. Not that its a bad thing or anything but its an interesting stay to say the least.

Nice staff and clean modern rooms. GREAT location for Oktoberfest. Next door to the hotel are some "gentlemen's clubs." If that sort of thing bothers you, maybe not the place for you. Everything else was great.

Great value. Room was very clean and well designed. Bathroom is small, but adequate. The shower is large and the best I've experienced in Europe. I did not have much exposure with the hotel staff, but they were friendly upon check-in and speak English. The surrounding neighborhood isn't great...some strip clubs and casinos. The front desk is staffed around the clock and there is an additional key entrance required to get up to the hotel floors with rooms. Free internet of 100MB a day is plenty from email and looking up things to see and do. Leave 15 minutes before your train if you have your tickets and aren't confused in the train station. Great hotel very comfortable only issues I had was the hot water in the shower was not consistant at all. Don't get the breakfast its expensive and all you get fruit and bread. Only other complant I was supposed to have a room with a king bed but ended up having 2 singles. I would stay here again if I come back to Munich.

The hotel is one with a new concept, I believe. The all glass bathroom area does not leave much for privacy. The air conditioning was poor , but was being worked on after we reported it. Staff was very nice and extremely helpful. Hotel was clean and recently renovated. Would have no complaints if hotel was in a better neighborhood. The pictures are deceiving. The room was extremely small lacking amenities such as small face towels, iron, and hand towel rack. It was clean and the decor was very comtemporary. BTW, it is located between two strip bars.

Great hotel, however, the en suite is 'part' of the room,, with a clear glass door into the shower and a frosted glass door into the toilet. Could be a little unsettling for some. Would appeal to a younger age bracket rather than older. The hotel is ideally placed though, literally a five minute walk from the main station, and centre of city.

At first I was a bit concerned when I read about the location of the hotel and all the strip clubs and such, but it's actually not that bad at all. There are loads of cafes, bars and youth hostels nearby, it's a very lively and safe area. The hotel itself is very modern and nicely designed and everything was very clean.
