We arrived late and hoped to have a quiet peaceful stay. Unfortunately workmen arrived and starting hammering and drilling in 3 rooms close to ours at 8am.

The location of the hotel is great and our room was perfect. We had a room with a sea view and a terrace. The hotel is located in the outskirts of the city right on the beach. It's the best location in Palma, as in the center of the city there is no beach, only port. There was plenty of free parking right near the hotel (because it was winter and not a peak season). The only disadvantage was room service. We stayed in the hotel from December 27 until January 2. And starting December 31 the room service worsened. We ordered dinner to our room and they forgot to bring french fries. We called them, they said they would send someone to our room, but nobody came. The two consecutive days when we ordered something they also constantly forgot to bring some staff - french fries, bread etc. The tipping point was on the last day, when we were checking out. When we ordered room service we paid for everything right away, so upon check out we were surprised to see one of our dinners included in the bill. The receptionist told us that the waiter who served us wasn't there, so they couldn't check this. At the end they removed that charge from our bill and said they'll check it with the waiter. All in all, I'd give this hotel 4*. I would definitely come here again. The advice - improve room service.

lovely hotel, polite and helpful staff, fantastic location. felt like dropping back in time. only thing we would have wished for - directions to the hotel on the web site! We got lost several times getting there. You get to Plaza Mayor and park in the underground garage there, then walk 3 short blocks through an awesome area. Do NOT attempt to drive to the hotel, it cannot be done. This is the fault of GoogleMaps, which thinks it can do anything.

Excellent place to stay four nights in Peurto de Soller. Great views from the Balcony. As an American it is still a little weird to have two twin beds... next to each other counting as a Queen-Size, but that is the one little thing that was a bit out of place. We stayed in this hotel for one night in October 2011. The hotel met all of our expectations for the price we paid. It is quite basic and of a certain vintage. Breakfast was fine, plenty of choice. Our room was clean but quite basic. Port Soller is stunning and the hotel has a great location on the waterfront.

Hotel was really cheap, 3 ladies, twin room and a single. The single was tiny, twin was fine, all spotless. Beds a bit hard, hotel is old, buffet breakfast was good, staff don't smile.(locals in general not very friendly) except for waiter Paul from Wales! Location made up for everything! Port de Soller is beautiful, no nightlife really but lovely restaurants. […] FARO up on the hill overlooking the port is amazing. Also Soller town is a little train ride away, beautiful town square with outdoor dining. Hoping my Mum will take a trip here. Hot for October. 50euro taxi to airport. We will be back! Read more

Hotel Eden er et standard turisthotel i dets indretning, men det trækker op at det ligger så smukt lige ud til havnen og bugten. Flotte fællesarealer ved poolen og bar/lounge med panorama vinduer til vandet. Sengen var ret hård.. Værelserne trænger til en modernisering, men alt i alt et fint middelhotel.

Godt hotel med små værelser (nyere fløj har muligvis større værelser). Boede med balkon lige ud til poolen, hvor der på terrassen om aftenen var live optræden af tvivlsom karakter fra 21-23:30. Havde vi haft små børn med var den ikke gået. Tobakstågerne fra nabobalkonerne var noget generende både morgen og sent aften. Flot udsigt til havnen og stranden, […] der lå 50 meter væk. I øvrigt en meget hyggelig by med flot sceneri. Halvpension var billigt og OK til prisen. Det samme med morgenmaden. Overraskende hvor lidt frisk frugt fylder på Mallorca -og hotellets morgenjuice er ren kemi. Ellers fint. Vrnlig betjening uden at det blev prangende. Das Hotel Eden hat meinen Anspruch an ein spanisches 3-Sterne-Haus vollkommen erfüllt. Auch wenn das Zimmer selbst etwas spartanisch eingerichtet und die Matratze hart war, hatte es doch jede Menge Pluspunkte zu verzeichnen: 1A-Lage direkt an der Bucht, aber trotzdem ruhig, geräumiges, modernes Bad; gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Dass man den […] Kühlschrank und den Safe mieten musste und es keine Fernbedienung auf dem Zimmer gab, war für mich eher nebensächlich. Immerhin gab es vier deutsche Fernsehsender. Die Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind zeitlich beschränkt, aber am Parkplatz an der Kirche, nicht mehr als fünf Minuten Fußmarsch, haben wir immer ein Plätzchen ergattern können. Ich würde jederzeit wieder in das Hotel Eden gehen, auch wenn es etwas hellhörig ist (man hörte das Scharren der Stühle vom Stockwerk höher). Read more
