The room was clean, there breakfast was wonderful. Great location, walking distance to everything in Mendocino. The man complained about the bed being uncomfortable but I definitely enjoyed my time there. The building could use some remodeling but hey its 130+ years old.

My wife and I just celebrated our 32nd anniversary there. Charles + his wife made us feel like we were part of the family. We love the place. Our room had great light, a comfy bed, refrigerator, tv, FIREPLACE and was very pet friendly. We highly recommend Didjeridoo Dreamtime Inn to all our friends and family.

On the first night we were put in the wrong room. The second night the room was corrected. However Hotels.com discribed the room incorrectly. There was no King size bed, only an average double. There was no flatscreen TV, only a regular 14" cheap TV. The room was dirty with someone elses dirty breakfast left in the room. The breakfast was okay. It was my boyfriend and I first time staying at a B&B and didn't know what to expect. When we pulled up our first thought was "is it haunted?". Was hoping that feeling would change upon entering, but didn't. It's definitely an old place and the pictures make it look quite a bit nicer than in person. Our tiny room worked for a place to sleep (and fortunately […] had our own bathroom) but was not much to look at for the "discounted" $130 we paid. I would have rather spent that on a best western or chain hotel with HD tv and clearly clean sheets. It was made worth while because we made friends with some of the guest who made our night a blast. My boyfriend and I spent the night here on a birthday whim about a week ago. We called the day of and booked a room for the night- a lovely in-room jacuzzi suite. The inn certainly suficed for the night! We were greated by a nice woman who told us should we need assistance after 8pm, to give her cell a call. Most rooms appeared to be inside the house […] itself, decorated with some nice cozy and homely odds and ends. Our room was outside of the main house, attached. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was great, and the king size bed was hard to leave it was so cozy. If you're looking for 5-star ammenities, like a giant flat screen TV or massive bathroom, look elsewhere. Although, we were happy with the magnificant views of the Mendocino Coast, TV wasn't on our short to-do list. Room could've used a little paint detail and dusting, but it was charming nonetheless. Check in person was high. Rug by couch not vaccumed full of dog hair. Soap wrap in Saran wrap with finger nail marks. No blankets on bed. Wonderful breakfast! When taking shower water would just stop for a minute or two.

I stayed in one of the suites; which I would highly recommend. It felt very private and removed from the rest of the inn. When entering the main part, it was very apparent that the other rooms were very close together and must be noisy. I would recommend this inn when staying in a suite!

The Didjeridoo is a relaxing casual place in the heart of Mendocino village, right across from the beach access. This place was okay at best. It's the B&B equivalent of a dive. Room could have used a thorough cleaning. Breakfast was not that good (they sweeten everything -- the pancakes, the eggs, even the bacon -- which was not appealing to us). I wouldn't stay here again unless they drop the price.

Our room (60) was large and spacious also characterful with a super four poster bed, I am only 5'.2" and had fun climbing up and into it!! We had a lovely bay window and view of the colourful garden. A couple of things which I found not to my standards, the hand basin was very old and badly cracked, also an awful mark on the carpet like a whole mug […] of coffee had been spilled and not cleaned up. The lace curtains were torn and worn out which gave a shabby feel to the room. We loved the idea of the open fire place but found that we could not get the wood to burn,#we are used to fire places too & have lite many a fire#. I would suggest that you got the staff to start it for you before it got too late to ask them. We had a good cooked breakfast and the other residents were all very friendly as we ate commally. We were given a choice of several room to upgrade to but chose to stay in the room originally assigned to us. Each room was different and quite inviting. Went with my mother for her birthday. Neither of us had ever stayed at a B&B so we weren't sure what expect. Charles greeted us at the door and was very nice and welcoming. A nice B&B in an 1882 Victorian house. The breakfast was a bit heavy (eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles) but OK. The rooms were charming, but bathrooms a bit dated. No change of soap, towels or linens during stay of 4 days the only real negative.
