The only complaint I had was there was a lack of employees around asking if I needed anything. This is normal in 5 star of this type. The room was fantastic got upgraded to grande suit. Breakfast was good but not great.

Warsaw has a lot of new hotels. Old In Warsaw would be anything built in the 90's. This hotel just feels and looks old and dated. Like most countries in Europe they don't follow the rules in the star rating system. This hotel claims 5 star but it Is a 4 star for sure. For a good price say 100 US it's not a bad deal but if your looking for 5 star luxury and service go somewhere else. On the positive side the beds are amazing with down mattress covers and high thread count sheets. I was looking forward to a big French breakfast but was horribly disappointed. My first impression was it looked like a motel in both presentation, selection and food quality. Would not stay there again, there are just too many choices in Warsaw these days to go back to something disappointing.

Hotel older. But very well maintain. Staff very friendly. Only one small problem- all rooms don't have temperature control.In my room was too hot because old system of heating.Going to airport- BE AWARE OF TAXI THIEFS. THEY LOOK ON YOU AND MANIPULATE NUMBERS ON REGISTER. THE DISTANCE TO AIRPORT TERMINAL IN VERY SHORT. THEY CHARGE YOU TRIPLE AMOUNT.WITH INDICATOR OF PRICE ON SIDE WINDOWS, YOU WILL PAY FIVE TIMES MORE. THEIR TRICK IS TO GO TO PICK-UP A PARKING TICKET AND MAKING SPECIAL ROUNDS AROUND. I AM AN ARCHITECT AND I WAS SURPRISED.

"Fabryka mnie mile zaskoczyła!"
Potrzebowałam noclegu z bardzo krótkim wyprzedzeniem więc rozrzut był niewielki i nie spodziewałam się nie wiadomo czego. Martwiła mnie okolica, bo Praga różną ma opinię i sam hostel położony jest w okolicy wątpliwej jakości klubów. Jednak na miejscu spotkała mnie ogromna niespodzianka! Sympatyczna obsługa i warunki zdecydowanie powyżej oczekiwań, urządzona […] w ładnym stylu kuchnia, gdzie do dyspozycji kawa, herbata, kubki, telewizor, ładne kanapy i fotele. Pokoje na poddaszu (ja spałam w 5-osobowym) korytarz wyłożony ciemnymi panelami, łóżka piętrowe i pojedyncze, trochę sprężyste materace ale wygodne, dostaje się czystą pościel i ręcznik, szafka oczywiście na klucz. Łazienka ok, czysta i zadbana. Generalnie w całym hostelu bardzo czysto i schludnie. Jeśli chodzi u umiejscowienie to do przystanku tramwajowego jakieś 100m, więc blisko i do centrum w 5 minut praktycznie, chyba 5 przystanków do stacji metra.
