We are very satisfy with this hotel. It is located in 5 minutes walking distance from Florence central station. Excellent restaurant next door with 10% for hotel guests. We stayed in one of the unit with kitchen. There are supermarkets nearby. Breakfast is buffet style with many choices. Hotel staff is very helpful. They even helped us to print out train tickets when we purchased on line. We would definitely stay in this hotel again if we went to Florence again.

The staff here were fabulous, even calling our hotel in Rome before we left them to ask a question for us. The room for two adults, a 6'+ 15 yr old and a 16 yr old was more then big enough and bright and airy. The bell tower outside the window was beautiful. Staying here you are close to the Duomo and convenient to the train station, which is fabulous when you are training between cities in Rome. We would most definitely stay here again!

This is a great little spot if you're looking for a friendly place to stay while you tour the city. It is located within short walking distance of the... train station and absolutely everything else you'll want to see while in Florence. The clean room is large with a great private bathroom. Mrs. Noto and her son are very helpful. They corresponded with me by email several times to answer my questions and even made it possible for us to stay an extra night. Mary's House is 3 minutes walk from railway station and less than 15 minutes from the main tourist sites. Need to note that the hotel is on the 2nd floor of an 18th Century building with no lift (elevator) so it is not suitable for people with mobility problems.Staff friendly and helpful; they made contact before the arrival date with directions and […] a telephone contact number. Breakfast is not included or available despit what some booking sites say. Not a problem as there are dozens of places for breakfast within 10 minutes of the Hotel. Read more

Owners were concerned and sympathetic. The sheets were new. But the walls were too thin, making the room noisy. Although, information about rooms include coffee and tea machine, our room does not have one. But still they provide us hot water. Moreover, although hotels.com reservation included city tax, hotel charged tax again.
