The hotel owner was very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast choices which were included were great! We arrived during a cold period and it snowed and was very windy. The heat was not sufficient in the two rooms we reserved. That is my only complaint. Otherwise would be a great place to stay in good weather.

great place. only downside was the bathroom was about 18 inches wide. my knees literally touched the wall when i was sitting on toilet and i'm not a big person! but i'm sure all the bathrooms are not that small. the towels in the room were huge and fluffy. breakfast was adequate.

We had troubles finding maps to the hotel, but based on another person's review indicating that the hotel was just a short walk through the tunnel, we were easily able to find it. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to others.

We loved staying at Giovanni Rooms! We would definitely stay here again. You couldn't find a better location. The view is absolutely stunning. I think Manarola's the most beautiful city to stay in, too. The rooms are really nice and well kept. The only thing to keep in mind is that walking to the hotel from the train station is a little bit of a hike, just because it's near the top of the city. It doesn't take long (5-10 min.), but it's steep. It was fine for us, but a little bit hard on my older in-laws.

Très joli villa neuve , studette spacieuse et bien aménagée, lumineuse avec vue sur la mer. Grande salle de bain. Propreté impeccable.La villa dispose d'un jardin-terrasse où prendre son petit déjeuner. Les aliments pour la confection de celui-ci sont compris et placés dans la kitchenette (lait, café, thé, croissants et biscottes, confitures ...) Petit […] bémol: impossible de dormir fenêtre ouverte car la route de Porto Venere qui passe juste sous la villa est très passante. La chambre est climatisée.
