I stayed one night. The room was comfortable and clean, the area was good. I was nice to be a little farther removed from the main part of Sedona. I would stay here again.

We liked it, except our room was close to the main street. Rooms were very clean, except they didn't clean on the 2nd day of our stay , so there was no coffee. We liked the hotel location, close to Dry Creek Road where we hiked the most. We would book here again. Very friendly.

I was prepared to not be staying in the most lavish hotel so I thought it was nice. The hotel was in a good location and the owner was very friendly. The trip was planned on a whim and the hotel was cheap so it was nice. I would stay here again. The only note I have is if you stay on the first floor, make sure the sliding glass door is locked!

Overall the room was OK. Clean and modernized, nice furniture. Nitpicky items: towels have been washed too many times and were rough, ants in the bathroom, mattresses were too soft for me, no fan in the bathroom and bathroom window opens to the parking lot. Issues: -Paid for three people, got two towels. -Inadequate parking (had to park in a business […] lot with “tow away” signs, but being the weekend we took the chance). -Neighboring guest had a shy, shelter rescue dog on the back patio area. The dog’s owner said the management allowed dogs and there was a rope on the patio all night. No problem…wrong! I made friends with it and it wandered into my room. Then management saw it and now I was at fault. He yelled that I wasn’t allowed to have the dog, he could charge me extra, and on and on. I told him it wasn’t my dog, it was the neighbors and she had permission for the dog. He continued his raging on, it was now my dog because I let it in my room, I was responsible. Later I went to the office to cancel our second night due to the mattress issue and my back trouble. He continued reprimanding me for the dog, saying that it was in my room for an hour. The dog had only been in the room about five minutes. In all, he spent about half an hour reprimanding me, even after the dog owner said it was her fault. Read more

Although the motel is old and getting shabby the room was clean and comfortable for the price. The only complaint is that the motel charged more than the quoted rate that I had through hotel.com

We stayed at the White House Inn for Spring Break . . which is a busy time for Sedona hotels! The hotel was very clean and the rates were very reasonable ... and the management was very kind and helpful. stayed at inn for two nights and it was comfortable and convenient to have a thai food restaurant next door. they said it was dog friendly, but there were no park or grass nearby for dog to play on. - shower water pressure is low and hot water was not consistant. -travelling through, it is convenient and quiet, away from the main town traffic.

Needs to be updated. Very old. Very basic. A coffee pot with coffee would have been nice. Having to pay for ice, not good. Could not get hot water (only warm) to bathroom sink. Thin walls and ceilings. Could hear people talking and moving about. Just what you don't want at 12:30AM. Front desk person was very nice and courteous.

If you like to hike or bike this is the place for you! Owner and staff delightful. In a quiet part of town away from the tourist jumble. Highly recommend it!

I will definitely return to this motel/hotel and/or recommend it. It was easy to find, friendly, helpful service, clean, quiet, micro and fridge, full common patio with table and 2 chairs to sit and admire the gorgeous view out back!

I arrived at the Whitehouse late the evening I was staying and the manager warmly received and showed me to my room. The rooms are basic, clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is situated perfectly for all I needed to do in Sedona as it right along the main road (89A). The staff were friendly and helpful as well as pleasant to talk to. Das Zimmer war sauber, das war auch das einzig positive. Würden wir nicht wieder Buchen, lieber bissel mehr Geld zahlen und anständig schlafen. Liegt direkt an der Straße und ist sehr hellhörig. Eis gab es nur gegen Cash. Zustand sehr abgewohnt.
