The staff is extremely courteous and did their best to accommodate our needs. My luggage with my toiletries was delayed at the airport and they replaced it immediately. Also the rooftop is awesome.

However, the people working at this location were truly amazing; friendly, helpful, personable, and super service oriented. You can tell when the staff likes the company they work for, and these guys show it. This is a great small hotel close to The Grove, Melrose Ave, LACMA, Beverly Hills and access to Sunset Blvd, etc. The roof top is a huge bonus with delicious breakfast and views of the Hollywood Hills. Do ask for a room on the sixth floor to get the best views.

It's very nice place to stay in. This hotel has an awesome restaurant on the roof with beautiful view of LA. The room is very modern, and I slept very well. Too bad that the hotel is not providing the parking. You have to pay for the valet parking in the hotel, but overally all is great!

This is a very nice place. The surrounding area verges on the seedy but that means there are good cheap places to eat nearby. It's a quick walk to Hancock Park and the LA County Museum of Art. No complaints at all about the hotel.

It turned out to be a great choice because the venue was close by and the room perfectly suited my needs. I was actually disappointed I didn't get to stay a few more days. The only negatives I had was that the room was unusually warm even […] though it wasn't hot outside and I wasn't a fan of the potatoes I had at breakfast the next morning. But the heat issue was remedied using air conditioning so those issues didn't detract from my experience much at all. Since I am a blogger, the free internet with a fast connection was absolutely fabulous and I was able to post my event coverage before I left so that was great. This is a lovely hotel for business travel. The business center is free, as well as the wireless. The downsides are that nothing is close by except for a small strip mall. It's a little difficult to hail a cab. And breakfast isn't served or can come to your room before 7am (bad if you have to be somewhere by 7:30am like I did). Also there's no gym.
