We were traveling with the family and a quiet hotel is important to us. The hotel was very centrally located, 10 mins walk from the rogers center and 5 mins from the harbourfront.The hotel was nicely decorated, with attentive staff, the wifi was of a good standard and there were computers to use in the lobby if you did not have your own. The hotel was a couple of minutes walk from the bus station and a few minutes walk from the train station, we found an underground food court with lots of options just a few minutes walk away that offered good value and tasty dining. W had breakfast included in our stay and that offered a nice selection of good breakfast foods. The pool was small but usually quiet and the spa was lovly and hot. We would happily stay in the hotel again.

The hotel is right in the heart of Toronto at a convenient walking distance from the shopping centre and Yonge street. It is also not far from the beaches and the restaurants. The staff are very friendly and quite helpful but I was a bit surprised that no one helped us transfer our bags in the luggage trolly to our floor. But overall great!

staff were helpful and friendly, meals and drinks available throughout day and late into the night. great location also quiet enough to have a good sleep in a fabulous bed. great shower

Quite far away from DowntownToronto (about 30mins by tram) but a lovely hotel with very friendly staff.

Nice hotel, excellent service but far from the airport and very far from the city. Be aware: Hotel shuttle does not operate on the weekend.

"Dispute"
Arrived Toronto Pearson airport, went to pickup "complimentary shutte;" this Brampton located Hilton Garden Inn however offers no such service. I was expected to pay for my own cab, $35 each way. Management offered nothing, they took the hardline and said it was none of their fault. Use the Hilton Garden Inn in Missisaugua they are closer to airport, […] havce a shuttle and are less expensive! I would never stay at the Brampton Hilton Garden Inn. Read more
"one of the best interior design i've seen"
very nice looking hotel from inside and extremely clean , well it's brand new, my only complain is that, check in was slow, after i was asked for my credit card she did not hand me the key until she checked in everything (including making a phone call to confirm my reservation), i believe she could have done that afterword.
