I'd never been to Prague, and this hotel's location was a great to experience the city. Very nice hotel also, with very helpful staff. Be sure to ask about the complementary pet goldfish (interesting story there). Free breakfast & Wi-FI were key. Even the cab drivers knew this place, which helped me alot. Be aware that the in-room DVD players don't work with American discs.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. The room was nicely furnished in the latest fashion and the beds were very comfortable. The location worked well for sightseeing and shopping at the nearby mall. The assortment of food at the breakfast buffet would suit any dietary preferences and the quality was outstanding. The staff was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the Grand Hotel Bohemia.

Of course you get what you pay for. For the cost this represented very good value for money. The rooms were clean, the hotel was warm, the beds were... comfortable (if basic) the food was edible and dinner was cheap enough ( if not luxurious). The staff were pleasant nad some chatty and spoke good English. The bus service - to the Metro - and the metro itself superb - very convenient. A general tip for grey-beards... Prague city transport offers a (nearly) 50% discount for seniors BUT you need a PID card (we never quite found out how to get one! We think it was at City Transport HQ somewhere near, but not actually in, metro station I.P.Pavlova) by Mile & Sah from Brighton, Brighton & Hove, UK on 04/17/12

The location and free parking were convient for us to stay. We found a bed bug and a number of hairs on the bed sheets (all four of them). We requested to change them and the receptionist came up and asked to show her where the hair was. She said it was not their fault but their laundry contract's. Do I care? Had to be one of the smallest, most cramped and dirty rooms I've had in a long while. I would never go back to this hotel. Pay a little more and get something you can feel comfortable in.

Probably the best location for a hotel when visiting the wind tunnel Skydive Arena Prague. There is even a bus (140) going straight to Arena from front of the hotel.

Met 3 kinderen was dat dus niet handig, want nu moest er een kind bij een volwassene in bed, terwijl ze alledrie in het tweepersoonsbed zouden gaan. Le personnel d’accueil est très agréable, on semble loin du centre néanmoins les transports en commun sont excellents pour vous mener au centre en 15mn. Bon par contre le confort des chambres est passable mais à part cela pour les petites bourses c'est l'idéal

Zklamáním byla snídaně - výběr malý, spíše sbírka nejlevnějších salámů, místo džusu voda se šťávou, chléb okoralý, housky jako beton, zřejmě tam leží celý týden a nikdo neřeší jejich výměnu za čerstvé. Decisamente un hotel da due stelle. Le camere vengono rifatte ogni due giorni, la colazione e' pessima oltre che scarsa, il servizio e' pressoche' inesistente. L'unica attenuante e' il prezzo, decisamente buono, ma non aspettatevi un hotel a tre stelle.

Vi var 5 personer der skulle overnatte 2 dage. Værelset var kedeligt - ingen billeder, 14" tv med en ledning tværs hen over gulvet for at få adgang til antennestikket. Morgenmaden er tørt brød, lidt pølse, spaghetti, tynd kaffe og saftevand. Da vi kun brugte hotellet som overnatning kunne det lige gå, men kan ikke anbefales til længere ophold.

Besonders das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut für Prager Verhältnisse. Natürlich muss man seine Erwartungen an den niedrigen Preis anpassen. So war das Frühstück essbar, aber sicher nicht überragend, die Zimmer relativ gepflegt aber eher spartanisch und die Einrichtung auch eher älter und stark benutzt. Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr weit außerhalb, […] aber mit der gut erreichbaren Metro ist man binnen 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Sehr positiv überrascht waren wir von dem freundlichen 24h Service. Wobei man hierbei beachten muss, das wie fast überall in Prag, nur Englisch gesprochen wurde und kein Deutsch. Fazit: Ein schönes kleines Hotel vorrangig für junge Leute, denen es um die Stadt geht und die nur möglichst günstig nächtigen wollen. Read more

Probably the best location for a hotel when visiting the wind tunnel Skydive Arena Prague. There is even a bus (140) going straight to Arena from front of the hotel.

Cet hôtel est assez bien désservi par les transports en commun mais un peu loin du centre ville. Les nuits sont parfois bruyantes, mais en général le rapport qualité/prix est très correct et l'accueil sympathique.
