"A fairy tale stay"

Kapadokya region is very special and geological formation in it captivated me so much as the Nostalji Cave hotel when we stayed for one night. Decoration of the rooms is a blend of traditional Anatolian and modern with many carefully arranged details. We stayed in Kiler (storage) room. Terrace on the top has a beautiful view on the town and region. Breakfast served here was fantastic - a lot of fruits (watermelon, cantaloupe, peaches),vegetables, burek and of course turkish coffee and tea. When we arrived we have had a complementary drink. If you don't go to the balloon tour early in the morning you can watch the balloons from the garden or from the terrace- beautiful!

This was one of the most extraordinary hotels I have ever stayed in. Ask for the pigeon room. The balcony is relaxing with the Turkish pillows and great views of the city and fairy chimneys. Have a glass of their homemade wine and relax before you try out the restaurant. Make sure you stay at least 2 nights. That will give you an opportunity to see the amazing spectacle from your cave room of the hot air balloons taking off at sunrise. You can then see the view of the valley from a balloon the next morning. The staff treated us like family and we enjoyed their lovable dogs good cooking and hospitality. I hope to be able to return again some day

"An unforgettable experience"
The hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are in the rocks and the decoration is so nice. Very calm place with pretty views from terrasses of the white and red valley. Big hearted and smiling personnel. You will resource yourself and pass very good days in göreme, Cappadocia.
"Quaint Hotel with Great Restaurant"

My friend and I stayed here I. The recommendation of a travel agent. We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were and great the food was. We are both breakfast here (great spread of fruits, eggs, bread, cheeses, vegetables) and dinner (the clay pot entree was delicious, I recommend the chicken). The staff was very accommodating and helpful. An all around great stay.

Cappadocia already really blows your mind with its beautiful geographic features but imagine staying inside one of these caves! Too perfect, I tell you- the rooms have been done up beautifully- they don't form for a mismatch but a clear integration of ancient caves with modern hotel amenities to ensure a stay of a different kind- every room therefore is unique and incomparable! We stayed in 2 rooms in 2 nights and really the interiors of our rooms pleasantly surprised to us. What's not to miss is of course their terrace restaurant which has a terrific panoramic view to the stunning geology of Cappadocia- so still, so natural. Candlelit dinners with some traditional Cappadocian wine and their large and generous breakfast spreads are so not to be missed! The food, service, location and interiors, this is a winning combination!
"5 hearts for this hotel"

I've never written a tripadvisor review before but I felt compelled to write one after my stay here. The hotel is not only unique, conveniently located, and picturesque, its service is top-notch. I stayed there just this July 2014. It was my first time to travel alone and I was frazzled quite a bit with everything I had to organize. Thus I had three emergency issues: 1) I had to call my home country and cancel a card late at night. 2) I woke up reception at 4am because my balloon pickup hadn't arrived. 3) I forgot my camera with the balloon company and needed to find it. This all happened within 24 hours, making me seem like a real nuisance. But the staff never made me feel that. They were so chill while helping me sort things out. The manager even let me use his personal phone to contact my bank overseas. Staying at Nostalji is like holing up in a friend's cave palace. The highlight of my Turkey trip was hanging out at the Pigeon Room's balcony with a glass of red. I was eating some dinner leftovers when Lady, the hotel dog, came by enthusiastically to dine with me. We had the best time watching the sunset together.

We love this hotel. Rooms were unique with character. Roof top restaurant had amazing view and breakfast was sumptuous. The two-three dogs, the pigeons, the hens and the garden all add up to the lay-back and relaxing stay.

Loved this place: room in fairy tower was fantastic. Only down side for me bed was very hard. Restaurant food was great: kebab tasty and lots of fun. Turkish ravioli great garlic and some chilly fantastic combination. Breakfast is just lovely and so well presented. Staff are so helpful, drive you places and just assist in any way needed. Highly recommended and would stay here again if in the area.
