fantastic staff and great service!!! The non-motorized sports are free (i was able to book a fitness session, canopy walk, and snorkeling). Food is a bit expensive compared to the hotels on mainland but it is a resort afterall. Beach isn't as clean and the infinity pool in the villa is quite small. Would stay there again!

friendly staff, great service. We arrived at the hotel around 12 and our room wasn't ready, we were told to come back in an hour but the room was still being cleaned, so we were upgraded to a club room and had free drinks at the lobby. Location was convenient, close to Gaya street and the jetty. Pool is a bit small.

"Low cost but watch out for all the "add ons""

The Tune Hotel was low in cost. But after you add on the cost of soap, towel, Air Conditioning, it costs much more than the hotel next to it. The hotel next to Tune is much nicer with a free buffet breakfast, free newspaper, free bottles of water, free TV. Tune does not offer a free breakfast and the breakfast you need to pay for is not very good. Tune […] does not offer newspaper, water, TV. You need to pay for everything. The Tune Hotel stairs smelled really bad because they were covered with trash and litter. Read more

Alt koster penge på hotellet! Til trods for vi var 2 personer var der kun inkluderet et håndklæde. For det andet måtte vi betale ekstra. Vi brugte det som en hurtig overnatning inden udflugter hvilket det kan være fint til bortset fra det ligger langt fra lufthavnen (og byen for den sags skyld) og derfor er det en forholdsvis dyr taxa tur.
