Our room was great: very comfortable and very clean. However, the hotel charges $15 for parking and an additional $16 for use of the pool! In addition, they have a serious fly problem in and around the pool and outdoor food area. Couldn't say enough about all the positives: Pools and more pools, lazy river, miniature golf, volleyball, playgrounds, porch swings around lake to enjoy views and plenty of restaurants. Being a family of 5, the two queens and bunk bed room was perfect, everyone had their own bed plus room felt spacious with high ceilings. Bathroom is on the small side […] but the extra sink in the hall was helpful. We were lucky enough to be able to glimpse the Epcot fireworks at night however the windows needed a cleaning(on the inside). Every staff member we met was smiling and said hello, checkin was efficient and informative and the valet was helpful even when we chose to park are own car. We will choose Bonnet Creek again! The staff, the stay, the location, the amenities, etc..did i mention the staff?? Note there is a resort fee and parking fee but with everything else that comes with staying at this resort, you kind of consider it a wash. If you choose this resort, you won't be disappointed.

This was my second stay at the Wyndham within an 8 week period and was just as pleased with the second visit as the first. I found the staff that we interacted with (check in, concierge, pool, Deep Blu, Bar 1521, etc.) to be very accommodating and friendly. While we were without the kids the second visit, the bunk bed rooms make for a very family friendly […] experience. I'm not sure I would stay anywhere else again just due to the extra space (whether real or just perceived) with the bunk bed setup. The daily resort and parking fees can add up but even after adding that to the total cost of both stays, I felt the hotel is a great value and definitely a 4+ star resort. Will definitely stay again. It exceeded my expectations, after spending the whole day walking Disney the multiple pools, jaccuzzis, and patio bar/restaruant were perfect to wind down at. Location was great, decor and the double bunks for the kids made us feel like we had a suite.

Developers did a great job with the design and build of the hotel. The staff is friendly and the property is well maintained. Unfortunately, they have pared expenses to the point of not offering a service level consistent with the quality of the building. A couple examples: the Hotel charges extra $16/ day self park fee and $16/ day resort fee( explained […] as getting to use all the amenities/ pools, etc). The pools are open 8am to 10pm, however the kids slide is open from 10-6 because they don't want to pay a lifeguard for the extra four hours. An extra $40 a day for a lifeguard might be a good use of part of the $6000/ day in resort fees. My son was bummed because the slide was always closed when we got home from the parks. I ate at the property twice, room service and breakfast buffet. The food was expensive and not good. The $18 breakfast buffet was consistent with what you typically get for free at an express hotel. HOT TIP: Walk across the street to the Hilton and eat at their breakfast buffet - excellent quality, $22 per adult, up to two kids under 12 eat free! Read more

Great place with nice amenities. The "nightlife" seemed to be more at the connecting Hilton-Waldorf just across the street, which was fine by me. The bed here was absolutely unreal. Back Bay Bar (next to the pool) had a great fish sandwich and pina coladas. Wifi was reliable and fast, which was of utmost important for my stay.

It is the closest you can stay to Disney World without staying at one of the Disney resorts. Great pool for kids to play and adults to relax with poolside food and drink service. Everything was nice, clean, and well maintained. The service was excellent.

Great place to stay. Gorgeous rooms. Great access to disney (without all the kids). Wonderfully clean. Even has some friendly staff. But the fees were super annoying. How can you justify forcing people to pay for parking when there are no alternatives? We stayed in the hotel portion of this resort. The first room we had overlooked the valet area on the 4th floor. Unfortunately the bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked so we were moved to a room on the same floor overlooking the parking deck. The room was great (minus the view) it was ok though we were only there one night. The beds are queens […] and super comfortable. The bathroom area with double sinks was great and everything is very modernly decorated. I would prefer if they had a dimmer on the lights above the sink for my early morning wakeup before getting everyone else up. There is a great coffee bar on the main floor with assorted pasteries and a small ice cream bar. The woman working there even suggested we visit the gift shop for some safe nut free ice cream snacks for my son with allergies. The beds were wonderful. The staff was friendly. Beautiful Hotel close to all Disney attractions. The hotel offers a shuttle to the parks so you don't need a car, but if you want to venture out somewhere else a car is recommended. The pools, and other hotel amenities are great! So much to do at the resort. Would definitely stay here again.

The facilitity and its staff were for the most part very good. However, the maids failed to follow the hotel's stated practice of not replacing towels and wash cloths that were hung up, perhaps because the towel bars were inadequate for the number of towels & cloths. The double sliding door arrangement for the cloths closet made access to the two, front […] to back cloths bars very akward. A single, parallel bar would work much better but wouldn't fit because the closet is too shallow. There was no light bulb in the desk lamp. The preceeding items are nit picks. The maon thing that made our experience disappointing was the cost of items that I think should have been complementary. Specifically, there is a $16/day/person 'Resort Fee' that you must pay whether you use any of the services or not. The mediocre breakfast buffet costs $20/person! (The complementary breakfast we had at a Quality Inn was far superior!) There is no airport shuttle - they call you a cab that costs $68 + tip. There are shuttles to the various attractions, but they are infrequent. Read more

This is a great hotel and within minutes of all Disney parks. This was our second stay here and we love everything about it...except for paying a few hundred dollars more in resort and parking fees at check out. It is to bad this is not built into the price you pay upfront. Other than that it is a fantastic location and beautiful hotel.
