This was the first time I stayed in El Paso and left happy. The hotel was amazingly clean, the employees all were nice, the room was amazing as well. It was definitely worth the $100 (after taxes) for my one night with a king size bed.

Very clean and the staff was awesome. Looks not so great on the outside but was really awesome inside. The beds were NOT that comfortable, but the hotel common areas were really lovely. The hotel is in a strange location, but there was a free shuttle that we used.

Breakfast Awful with stale bagels and muffins but it was free .Staff pleasant and after they assigned me to a room that was occupied they were VERY attentive I would return but overall rating should be no higher than 4

When we arrived late that night the first thing I noticed was the smell. Like there were fresh sheets everywhere. This set the tone for me. The lighting was set perfectly at a low light as we made our way to our room. Our room had a king size bed that felt like a cloud. I never felt my husband moving, which was lovely. Very clean and comfortable, had a few issues because majority of people spoke Hispanic only. When asking for places to visit as a tourist, most staff had no idea. In general food was good for breakfast and the place was more than I expected. Good value

The room was clean, spacious [we booked a two bed room] well appointed and beds were comfortable too. We had stayed at the el paso radisson hotel on our arrival in el paso and found the comfort inn not only much higher quality but cheaper. the staff at the comfort inn were very friendly and helpful and provided us with lots of advice on where to go […] and where to eat which was very helpful. the airport is about 5 minutes in their free shuttle and this was a hassle free way to get to/from the airport. all in all extremely good value for money. Very small parking area had to search 2-3 circles to find an open spot. No luggage carts were available had to wait 20 minutes while they found one. Manager on duty was not that helpful.

It was a busy night and the parking lot was very full. I was driving cross-country and had lots of things in my vehicle and was concerned about parking far from sight. Great value for the dollar. Room was spacious and comfortable. Many restaurants within a few miles of hotels. The front staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Will stay here again when in town.

This hotel is convenient to I-10, but parking is limited. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan and the towels were like sandpaper.

I really enjoyed my stay, it's either a new hotel or remodeled not sure but it's very clean and comfortable to stay. The hotel is next to a holiday inn and then there is a Starbucks which is nice since the hotel coffee wasn't that great. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was much nicer than I had expected for a Comfort Inn (my expense account typically affords me a Hampton Inn-level stay). The front desk was friendly and the room was well appointed. There was an issue with my cable and as soon as I mentioned it, they offered to change my room and had a maintenance person there first thing in the am to remedy […] the situation. They were also accomodating for an early arrival/late breakfast guest. There is a nice loft area with plenty of tables to grab a cup of coffee and get some work done outside of your room. My few complaints had to do with the pillows (if you prefer a firm pillow, you are out of luck), and that the street immediately behind the hotel is a bit sketchy, but I wasn't concerned for my safety.
