My husband and I stayed for one night. We had to find the hotel from the train station in the city. It is about a 15 -20min walk from central station and most of it is uphill! If you arn't very fit, catch a taxi. Hotel was lovely, nice pool on the roof, rooms were cosy and I'd recommend eating food at the bar as you get big portions for alot cheaper than the restaurant in the hotel.

I rented the 2 bedroom apartment for a 2 night stay in Brisbane, for my wife and I, and another couple we were traveling with. The location was great, it was a short walk to Brisbane's China Town, and a short drive to the shopping/food district. The room was on a higher floor and had spectacular views of the city and some bridges from the enormous balcony. The apartment was older, it didn't feel incredibly clean, in fact, i found hair in the sheets when getting ready to sleep that night. Looking past that, everything else was perfect. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and it was close to a market to stock up on supplies for the rest of the trip. Overall, i recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It's located within 20 min walk from UQ St. Lucia campus. The neighborhood is very safe and quite. You can catch a bus to the city at the bus stop in front of the hotel every 15 min, then it takes you there in 5min. It's very nice for visitors to UQ.

We stayed here our last night in Brisbane, because of ease of access to airport routes. Really friendly family run motel. The room was nice and clean. 5 minutes from West End. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The free wifi is 100MB!!! and was basically weak and unuseable. Only analogue TV, so missing many of the current free to air channels with a few extra FOXTEL channels thrown in on an old analogue TV set. Microwave didnt work. Rooms are tired, not very modern and the bed was not very comfortable. For the price I paid I have stayed in much better establishments […] with more upo to date and luxurious facilities. Read more
