We are very satisfy with this hotel. It is located in 5 minutes walking distance from Florence central station. Excellent restaurant next door with 10% for hotel guests. We stayed in one of the unit with kitchen. There are supermarkets nearby. Breakfast is buffet style with many choices. Hotel staff is very helpful. They even helped us to print out train tickets when we purchased on line. We would definitely stay in this hotel again if we went to Florence again.

The staff here were fabulous, even calling our hotel in Rome before we left them to ask a question for us. The room for two adults, a 6'+ 15 yr old and a 16 yr old was more then big enough and bright and airy. The bell tower outside the window was beautiful. Staying here you are close to the Duomo and convenient to the train station, which is fabulous when you are training between cities in Rome. We would most definitely stay here again!

While this place was difficult to find, it ended up being a great quality place to spend the night! The beds were soft and comfortable, the entire place... was clean and cozy, and the breakfast was especially nice. While the woman running the place does not speak English, we still seemed to manage with communication just fine. Uncomfortable. Hostess totally doesn't speak English. Breakfast is very meager. The room is spacious, but the furniture is very old. You can't sleep all night, all night because of the the street noise of cars and singing sitizens. The next day after breakfast we decided to take a walk on Florence.
