We have stayed here quite a few times and would go back. The staff are very pleasant and efficient. Only would complaint would be the lack of fruit at breakfast, not a good variety. Might be ok if you were down early. Also the £5 car parking fee per night seems excessive and you have to have a code to get out, so unlikely to be used by non-residents.

Welcome prompt and friendly. Rooms have all mod cons and nice touches like a reading light, great shower and are quiet with big comfortable beds. Tried the restaurant and had a super steak. and would recommend. Parking is free and its just a short drive into the centre or jewellry quarter

The hotel was lovely with new furniture in a very clean room including all the comforts you may need. The hotel staff was generally nice.The reason why I scored 4 in the overall is that the service in the restaurant was diabolically slow and the food was a bit hit and miss with some things being really nice and others a bit dubious.It appear that over […] the 2 nights I ate at the hotel restaurant, their usual chef was off and they had an emergency replacement in. "Excellent hotel clean professional friendly"
Very helpful and friendly staffs, clean and modern room, with free spacious car park and wifi, very happy with my stay and definitely stay again.
"Kitchen trouble"
Generally a very comfortable stay, but take heed that they are currently having an extension added to the rear of this property. The intrusion is minimal but it does mean that the car park is a bit bumpy and pot holed.I'm sure this is a temporary issue.The rooms are well decorated and very clean and spacious. Nice bathroom toiletries and towels are […] very good.On the night of my visit the kitcen had some issues, they had a power failure resulting in over 40 minute delays in food being cooked. The staff did their best to keep customers ahppy with complimentary drinks and a discount on the meal. The food was still very good when it eventually arrived. "The Clarion Collection Birmingham"
Great Hotel only 3-4min drive to the city centre. Staff were really nice, very helpful. We were put in a room right next to a building site so we asked to be moved, there was no problem. We also got to check in earlier rather than having to wait around which was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
"Very Good"
Excellent hotel with excellent service. Pity it was only for one night. Wonderful breakfast, comfortable bed, very clean! Will surely reccommend and if in Birmingham again will surely stay there.
