      This was a good hotel choice for us. The only downside was the size of the rooms, but I understand small rooms are the norm in Japan. Everything else was either good or excellent. The location is particularly good as it is right across the street from the JR Station (Japan Railway.) We took the JR to the airport following our stay. (Btw, the JR Station is much more than a train stop; it is 8 floors of shops and restaurants and is connected to neighboring and underground shopping areas as well.)

    Otaru is located in the western part of Hokkaido, facing Ishikari Bay. Known as the town of hills, Otaru was developed to serve as a port for Hokkaido. Stone and brick warehouses along the canal, used for storage in days when barges crowded the waters, have been converted into glasswork shops, cafes, restaurants, and shops. After sunset, the oil lamps on the area's cobbled streets are lit.

    飯店人員都很親切，地點非常好，小樽車站出來就到了，因此雪地中行李拖行不會有太大的困擾。 旁邊有小型的商場及超市，旅途中所需的物品如果缺乏可以到此購買，走路到小樽運河散步大約十多分鐘，而搭一日遊公車的話兩個站就到了，非常方便。樓下還有販賣海鮮的三角市場，以及Mister Dount。 餐廳的宵夜拉麵煮的很簡單卻很好吃，早餐甘貝及蝦子吃到飽也讓人很滿足。餐廳可以看到天狗山的風景，早餐的選擇很多。 溫泉區也規劃了好幾種不同的感受，唯一困擾是可能當時遇到台灣連續假期所以台灣遊客很多，因此泡湯區略顯擁擠，也不少台灣人直接圍著圍巾進去泡湯，吹頭髮的區域因人多滿地都是頭髮。房間內的浴室沒有浴缸。整體而言非常棒，一定會再推薦大家去！

    오타루역앞에 위치한다는 이유 하나로 예약한 호텔인데 결과적으로 대만족이었습니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 추운 날씨에 오타루를 이곳저곳 다녀서 피곤한 몸이었지만 사우나시설이 있어서 뜨거운 물에 몸을 담갔었네요~~~ 그리고 사우나 후에 먹었던 서비스 라면의 맛은 무료라서 그런지 그 어떤 음식보다 맛있었구요 ㅋㅋ 그리고 또하나의 좋은점은 건물 앞에 돈키호테마트가 있어서 짜투리시간에 쇼핑도 할수 있었구요... 단점을 찾는다면 화장실이 그 가격대비해서 협소한 면이 있었네요...그거 빼고는 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다

    地點好,就在車站對面,過馬路便是,裝潢是和洋式結合,房間雖然不是很大,但很新淨,一定要吃他的早餐,魚生,三文魚籽,鐵板燒隨便吃,吃得很滿足,對面有三角市場可以食魚生和買海產手信,但記得講價還有市場很早關門,早上去最好,對面有個四層的超市有很多東西賣很便宜,也成為我們的景點之一,走路去運河十分鐘,途經一間花店老闆插花很漂亮有時間可以去欣賞一下

    Its location can't be better positoned as it is just across the street from Otaru JR station. It is especially true when someone like me travels with tones of luggage. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to have a short trip to Otaru.

    此次訂購有含早餐..但不知為何，飯店收到的訊息是不含早餐..。由於剛好email上住宿的部分，只有寫中文，造成check in時程上有延誤，希望未來hotel.com能夠增加日文說明的部分。飯店整體來說CP值真的蠻高的~物美價廉

    寒い風の日だったので　小樽駅前すぐの立地はありがたいです 温泉大浴場のシャンプーが　TUBAKI、なかなか気配りのいいホテルです お部屋は狭いながらも狭く感じさせないつくりです 枕もテンピｭール?ベッドも布団も満足しました で、一番感激したのが　朝食バイキング! 1500円別払いでしたが　これは食べるべきです! 小樽のお寿司を期待して行った旅でしたが　夜のすし屋が普通だっただけに　朝のホテルの海鮮丼や蟹汁が嬉しかったです ワッフルも食べたのですが　いちごジャムソースが美味しくて　たぶん手作りと思いますが　購入したいくらいの新鮮で美味しいソースでした それと　夜の9時30分以降　夜鳴き蕎麦の無料サービスもしてるようで　頑張ってるホテルですね お友達にかなり勧めてしまいました

    如果你是拉著只有2個小輪子的沈重行李箱，那麼這家飯店的地理位置絕對是上選！距離小樽車站僅不到100公尺，過了十字路口就到了，下雨或下雪時更顯方便。飯店內房間不大但透過巧思，所有設備一應俱全，每層電梯旁還配置製冰機或微波爐，對於想在晚上喝點威士忌及小菜的人實在方便。
