Friendly, flexible with breakfast time, spolessly clean. The only downside is that there is nowwhere to sit if you want to work. However they do have wifi which is great. The local pub is good and also has wifi.

We had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this guesthouse. We received a friendly welcome. Our room was restful and comfortable with a helpful local information folder and an excellent refreshment tray in the room. We enjoyed a well cooked breakfast served in a lovely bright dining room.

Great! I woke to several inches of snow -completely unexpected and for which I was not really prepared. Pauline lent me a brush with which to clear my car and even lent me some wellies!! Over and above what I would normally expect -excellent service and hospitality. Cannot recommend Innesfree Cottage too highly.

If you want a quiet and peaceful place to stay, look no further. The rooms are wonderful, warm and spotless. You will have to travel for evening and lunch meals but there are local pubs around the area which offer good food at reasonable prices. This is a lovely Bed and Breakfast in Eyam, Derbyshire. It is in a very rural location and has lovely views. My room was very comfortable and clean. It was a shame I couldn't have the ensuite bathroom but this was because of a chaotic experience with Hotels.com rather than the place itself. I would definately think about staying there again.

Wonderful place to stay and to visit, The accomodation is spot on. Nothing was too much for our host. very clean and comfortable. great breakfast, even had the option of a packed lunch at a very reasonable price. Nice little quirks like sweeties in the bedroom as well as biscuits. Would recomend it and will certainly go again.

The room was very clean and the accommodation had good facilities. A DVD player in the room was handy , there were DVD in the corridor that IOU could watch, as there was nothing on tv... The inn is located about 10 mins walk away from a great village pub. The breakfast was varied and very filling. The folk who run the inn are very friendly.

Beautiful place and a very nice lady. We were made to feel very welcome. Top notch breakfast and good packed lunch. One very small grumble from other half was that his feet hung out the end of the bed.
