Paraduse Resort was a great place for us to stay, we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived! Quiet and private, if we had neighbours we had no idea! Our two children (ages 2 & 6) loved the waterpark! The suite was beautiful and well laid out although with two small kids a lock on the bathroom door would have been appreciated! The only complaint we […] had was parking...the underground parking was very dusty and dirty (front desk noted the parkade would be cleaned the next week) and the spaces meant for two vehicles are very tiny. We were pleasantly surprised by the condo/suite that we booked. It was perfect! The right amount of space, close to all amenities. We were a bit disappointed by the lack of attention by the hotel staff. During our 4 day/3 night stay, we never had anyone clean or update our suite. The in-room safe was not working - we had a very pleasant guy come look […] at it, but was unable to fix it.....he mentioned someone would be able to come the next afternoon (after 3:30) to fix it - never heard back from anyone. The resort is beautiful. But I think they spend to much time and effort on the modernness of it and forgot about comfort. The bed and pillows were horrible. Still nursing a sore neck and back from it. The room needed a lot of TLC, dents in the wall, burnt out lights.....The staff was poorly trained and unable to help. The stay met or exceeded my expectation in most areas. As it was a romantic getaway, it would have been nice to have the fireplace in the master bedroom instead of the living room. Staff very friendly, rooms well turned out with all comforts included. Nice beds, great tub/shower/steam fixture in the main and ensuite baths. I would have expected a "luxury" suite ot include wine glasses though. Everything else was in the kitchen. The only small -ve in the overall experience though so not a big deal

We reserved a 2 rooms suite 3+ months ago. We have delivered our additional request of "mountain view" and "top floor" through Expedia to Grande Rockies, however, we only got a suite in 2nd floor and no mountain view, but it is not peak season. I can feel that the hotel is not full as there is a lot of vacant parking lots. Instruction to underground […] parking is not clear. Our room key card (which can access to underground parking) is malfunction on the 2nd day. There is no hair dryer, we phone to have this request, they give us one although we have 4 persons in this 2 rooms suite. We then request one more hair dryer, but the one they gave us can't work. We tried to cook something at night. We then spot that all dishes, knife, fork...etc etc are all placed in the dishwasher, that means we have to clear them and placed them all into the cabinet if we would like to use the dishwasher. I stayed at the Grande Rockies for 3 nights recently. From the time I got there until I left, the staff was nothing but accomodating, and professional. I am not sure why the hotel is not rated higher, the suite is to die for, ultra modern furniture, fixtures and appliances. The beds and linen are stellar. The towels are big and very nice, ( a minor […] point, but so many places have horrible, small well used towels) the sheets were awesome, the pillows so good, I actually bought two of them online. I have stayed at very many places in the Canmore area, but this is probably the only place I will stay at from now on, yes, it was that good. The showers were so modern, with a panel, to tell you what you could do, overhead rainshower, massage shower, foot massager, steam shower, never seen anything like it ever.The tub has water jets as well. This establishment might not be for everybody, it is not the Banff Springs, but for the rest of us, what a great great suite,boutique hotel. I can't wait to go back. Gary W. Read more

It was a great place to stay and the staff was professional and friendly. The lock off suite that we had was decorated lovely, but the dark wood floors show EVERYTHING (being winter with wet boots). We wanted to take the mattresses and pillows home, as they were extremely comfortable! The grandchildren and adults very much enjoyed the in/outside hot […] tub, pool and waterslide after a long day of skiing. I would definitely go again. Only draw back, it would be great if they supplied a wet mop and more dishwasher soap for large families staying more than one night. . . . not much of a complaint! :-) Read more

When you book this room you are booking through a second party - Sunset. So you are Not entitled to housekeeping services - it is an extra cost, cot - big extra cost also,per night. Also the dishwasher was out of order and although there was promise of a maid to do dishes - this did not happen. These are not executive suites, simply overpriced 2 bedroom […] suites. If you want the Grande Rockies - be sure to ask what you are getting and what you will be charged for. Oh, and housekeeping was not done till 6pm. Spent two nights at this hotel over a weekend. Didn't get time to use pool at hotel as we spent most of our time snowboarding and doing activities. プールが比較的広く簡単なウォータースライダーもあり、子供に大変好評だった。 おとなにとっては横のジャグジー付の温水プールがうれしかった 部屋はアパートを借りているようなイメージ。旅行中自分で料理等もやりたい人には適していると思う。当方としてはBBQもできてとても良かった。
