Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chili/Rochester Airport

Hotel is new. Location is close to Rochester Institute of Technology. Price is fantastic for a clean, pleasant environment. In room refrigerator was convenient. Bathroom comfortable size. Decor is modern with colorful twist.

I was pleasantly surprised. I thought if I'm paying for a cheap room, it would look 'cheap' as well. Absolutely the opposite. My flight arrived a few hours before check in and they were able to find a room for me. The room was great. Clean and roomy. The value is excellent for a stay at this hotel! I have one minor complaint - sound travels through walls and since I was right across from elevator, it was difficult to sleep at times. I would still stay there again especially at the price!

Definitely a small room, but impeccably clean. The service in the hotel was OUTSTANDING. The staff was friendly, ever-present, extremely polite, and very helpful. Continental breakfast was nice, and food area was very clean. Lovely exercise room. Most impressive was the service, and of course, the price!

The hotel was brand new, so it was clean with no problems. But my one describing world would be "stingy" The amenities included one tiny bottle of shampoo/conditioner. The breakfast lounge area offered a minimal continental breakfast of greasy muffins, donuts, bagels or cereal. They did have a small selection of yogurt and fruit. The plates and cups […] they offered were so tiny, you had to use 2 plates. No lids offered for the coffee cups either. The staff was very friendly and they did have a lovely computer in the lounge area and nice tables and seating. The beds were fairly comfortable being new, but the walls are paper thin. I know the person using the room next to us has an attractive laugh and frequented the bathroom quite often during the night. Nice hotel for the price. Rooms are a bit small and the pilllows are the worst I ever slept on. But the rooms are clean, friendly service ladies at front desk. Cookies and fruit at night complimentary. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Hotel is located near a railroad track, so we could hear the train late at night going by. Also, although it may seem like a minor point, the desk that had the wi-fi wire didn't have any power outlet nearby to plug your laptop into.

I thought that this hotel was comfortable and clean as well as a great price. It was difficult to find when driving by as it is off-set from the main road and the sign did not stand out. My husband and I booked a weekend stay here this winter, not expecting very much because of the cheap price tag. Our expectations were set really low (because of the price), but we were pleasantly surprised. Kassandra was very friendly and welcoming. The […] complimentary breakfast was alright-- the bagels were really hard, and the orange juice was disgusting, but the other options were fairly decent. The hotel was very quiet, and there were lots of shopping venues within a short drive. On a side note, we would advise steering clear of the Greek restaurant adjacent to the hotel, unless you enjoy eating food that has obviously been sitting out all day long. My son had an early flight out of Rochester and we live 2 hours away. Since we had to be in Rochester the night before, it was a clean, reasonably priced and pleasant hotel, less than 5 minutes from the airport. The manager even upgraded us to a suite....

This hotel is fairly new and clean. It's easy to get to and has food, gas and shopping within a mile of the hotel. Very convenient to stay at and the staff was nice as well. I'm a very light sleeper and was put next to the elevator the first night of my stay. This hotel is about 10 minutes from the Rochester Airport and yet in a neighborhood setting. There are two great diners for meals within a three minute walk from the hotel. Very nice service. They do serve a continental breakfast, but if you like eggs I suggest the $2.95 breakfast special in the Acropilis Diner next store.

Excellent hotel 20 minutes from the University of Rochester. The rooms were VERY clean. No funky smells. Everything just looked new. Had a free computer workstation with free printing to boot. Awesome hotel.
