Good quality hotel. Friendly and competent staff. Room well cleaned. Slightly worn; perhaps could use some updating of facilities.The location is slightly our of the way for downtown restaurants and theatres, though just fine is you enjoy walking. A safe neighborhood.

This is a very nice hotel with a courteous staff. The room was clean and large by European standards, and we were within walking distance of some really nice pubs and restaurants. Parking is reasonably priced in a nearby garage. There is a fitness center with some small weights and some cardio machines. The staff were extraordinarily helpful: my mom lost her wallet, and the general manager made several phone calls and took her to the police station, where someone had turned in her wallet. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay (2 couples) 1 night was without doubt the highlight of our weeks stay in Ireland. We stayed in 4 different hotels and found this hotel top of our list.From the most helpfull checkin to the bar and night staff we will most certainly use this hotel again ,and to top it all the price was superb thanks for your hostitality top effort.

Hotel was very nice with nice surroundings. We ate in the Italian restaurant in the hotel. The food was very nice and a reasonable price. Service was a bit slow but it didn't spoil it. Clane main street is about a 5 minute walk and has a selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. Overall great value and a nice hotel

Myself, my partner and our 4 year old daughter stayed here for two nights for a family wedding (Aug bank hol '12) and we couldn't say enough good things regarding the exceptional service we received and for the very courtous, helpful, professional but very friendly staff that work here. Our room was a great size and was comfortable, bright and spotless […] clean. There is a kiddies club/room on site running throughout the day which is supervised and in the evening we could avail of a kids movie night again fully supervised from 7-9 which was great, giving the adults a couple of free hours to themselves without the kids. Receptionist was not very friendly but was helpful enough. Our room was nit ready until half 4. They charged our credit card without our permission and we told them we want to pay cash. But after that we really enjoyed our stay. The spa is lovely.
