If you just want a nice, clean room to sleep in, keep looking. I didn't spend much time in the hotel, but it was an uncomfortable experience while there. There were stains on the bed linens, every towel, washcloth, even the curtain. There was dust and hair in the corners on the floor. We stayed for 10 nights choosing this hotel for its location and facilities. We were quite surprised at how small our room was. Basically our twin room had no additional space to even store our luggage, very small. really wanted to like the hotel as the staff were all very friendly and lovely but unfortunately was disappointed all most other aspects […] of the hotel. Location, was ok. 10 minute walk to main road, and they had a tuk tuk service available from 8am to 8pm. A little far to walk at night after a long day of trekking. Service. The tv reception was terrible and mostly unwatchable. After 4 attempts to get someone to have a look at it, they finally did, but unfortunately with little success. Let down. Facilities. The rooms have no windows (a small one in the bathroom) so it felt quite claustrophobic. The water temperature in the shower would run 3 mins hot, 3 mins cold and you could not really enjoy as you know the cold would come soon. The air conditioner was noisy and you could not change the temperature to suit...just cold. The pool, small but clean. breakfast reasonable, orange cordial as juice and I did see a few 'mites' lingering on our last day. Overall, it is a cute boutique style hotel. No more than a 3 star though. Good for a short stay perhaps 1-2 nights but many more around that I think would offer more bang for your buck and overall better facilities. Read more

Good location and relatively quiet but a good 10 min walk to main street and skytrain. Hotel had a complementary tuktuk for hotel guest use. Clean rooms, modern and well furnished but with very limited storage space.

Many reviewers have commented on the distance of this hotel from public transport and this is a REAL problem. The hotel is a long way down a small side street with no convenience store or restaurants nearby. A complimentary tuk-tuk (one way only) operates during daytime but after hours this is a serious limitation and for the same price I recommend […] something more central and conveniently located for public transport and other facilities. Reception staff, concierge, cleaning lady and bar staff were all fantastic and very helpful. The room is small but still comfortable. Also avoid rooms on the 6th floor, especially below the 7th floor kitchen, bar and reception areas as these are noisy early in the morning. Read more

This is a value hotel in a quiet location, half a mile from the Sukhumvht Rd. Beds are fantastic - as comfortable as I've ever slept in. Room layout is odd and storage space is limited. Swimming pool and decked area on hotel roof is an added bonus. Staff were attentive and friendly.

Very close from Qbar and Bed Supper Club - two famous spots in BKK and still very quiet. The lobby is in the 7th floor than the first floor and staffs speak English very well so they can be very helpful. Design is pretty unique yet simple but no window in a room. My husband and I stayed here for 1 night. Since we were in Bangkok for less than 24 hrs, we booked the Best Western HH as we assumed it would to Best Western standard. We were very shocked that this doesn't compare to even close to any BW we have stayed at in Europe and N. America. It was dark, dingy, furniture was falling apart and the sink was akwardly […] in the room vs. in the bathroom. Also, our room didn't have a window so we felt we were in a broom closet. If you think Best Westerns are 3 or 4 stars, this would be a 2. This is not your typical Best Western. Very disappointing as we view the BW chain to be typically reliable. Read more

가격으로 생각한다면 괜찮습니다만..위치가 아무래도 나나역에서 좀 멉니다. 호텔 외관은 그럴듯 하나 방으로 햇볕이 들어오지는 않습니다. 아무래도 많은 이용객이 있었던 탓에 시설이 조금 망가졌으나 대체적으로 깨끗한 편입니다.

不合格,如以去年才開幕的新舊程度看,很多東西都爛掉, 起初我是訂大床房,當我到達時, 他說沒房, 只能安排我次日再換房.之後, 我先入住 406 , 但冷氣機上風口位旁邊的顯示屏,已脫離天花, 半吊掉下來了, 另房間很大塵埃, 鏡子,水煲全封了塵, 像很久沒人清潔過..........玻璃望出有一道圍牆, 但很多垃圾, 這設計令視覺很不舒服.......次日,有再跟進幫我換了 403房間, 都是很多塵埃, 另兩房的水壓都不夠,熱水時有時無, 出水很慢 .......再有一側小事, 是第三天時, 回房間後發現不見了電視遙控器,找了良久,最後在床頭的床辱隙縫位被床單一併包住了.........可見房務員很不細心 ........ 最後.想反映一下 酒店提供的 Tuk tuk 車服務的司機 , 其態度很有問題, […] 像很不願意送我們到附近的地鐵站, 他會問你到地鐡站再往哪, 我是到 sumkimvit 再轉地鐡到唐人街, 但他說不能到達的 , (其實我已在曼谷打滾了十多年,我懂走的 ) 他著我直接打的士, 可幫我電召,我沒接受, 只叫他車我到附近 terminal 21 mall 就可以, 最後, 他為方便自己,只送我們到隔兩街口就算 / 第二日, 我再叫他送我們到 terminal 21 , 因我需搭地鐡到 silom , 他又說 nana 近點, 我沒好氣, 反正他送,到我去附近車站就好, 但他好像很不耐煩........最後一天, 他當然再游說我用他朋友的的士去機場 thai baht 400元, 我當然沒接受, 因我知打錶都是 200 baht .......他給我們感覺很不良好, 沒有敬業樂業的精神 ,不做好自己本份, 只著重自己的利益,全不考慮客人感受 Read more

Best Western的一贯品质。卫生间的设计不是很好，房间里也稍微有些局促。早餐还OK, TukTuk车不是按点发车，建议赶时间的话不要乘坐，邻近sukhumvit街，但步行的话还是需要一定距离。

Les fenêtres des chambres ne s'ouvrent pas. Attention donc si la ventilation est défecteuse. C'était le cas de la chambre donné en première instance. Odeurs pas reluisantes. Il n'ya pas eu de problème pour changer.

Hotel tres bien situe, tout proche de la rue animee soi 11 de sukhumvit, et a 10 mns a pied de la station de metro Nana. L/hotel est agreable pour un court sejour, eu egard au rapport qulite/prix pour Bangkok.

Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Stanza bella però c'era puzza per via della moquettes e non esite la finestra apribile. Posizione un pò scomoda in quanto un pò lontano dalla SkyTrain anche se c'è servizio minibus da hotel gratuito.
