      Overall is was ok. Still Water does not offer room service or maid service. If you want new towels, you have to exchange them at a different building. And you have to clean the room before you leave to avoid an additional charge. Since nothing is done for you, it's more like a furnished apartment than a hotel. As far as the condition of the place is concerned, it was great other than the mattress. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. I mean no offense to Still Water by saying these things, I'm just being honest. If you don't mind doing things yourself when you're on vacation, then this place would perfect for you. However, I'll probably be staying at an actual hotel during my next trip to Branson.

      This was the best business/pleasure trip I have ever had!!! Staff was amazing and location close to everything and scenery is Awesome!

    Our Resort is located just moments from all Branson attractions. The Resort provides quality amenities with ultimate guest comfort as our goal. We offer indoor and outdoor pools childrens playground and fully equipped fitness center. We also have an in house ticket service that provides discounted tickets to area attractions. Along with our wide variety of onsite activities from Tuesday Night BBQ to Tie dye T shirts.This is great for any family event or just a quiet getaway to Branson Missouri.

    We really enjoyed everything the resort had to offer. We loved the two room suite concept it worked perfect for our group. We will strongly recommend this resort to our friends as well, we will return ourselves.

    We booked a last minute vacation with this property. We were very satisfied. There were 2 adults, 2 children. The kids slept on the pull out couch and we had the King bed. The room had plenty of space to move around. We did have a patio porch screened in with a table, but the table was a bit large for the porch so it was kind of difficult to fit the […] entire family around it. The jacuzzi tub was a great hit with the kids. Large bathroom and it was nice and clean. I didn't have may concerns but: we were not told how to leave the room so make sure you ask (i.e. dump trash (where was the dumpster?); leave towels in the tub, etc) Also, we checked in very late on Friday and I wanted to call the property to see if someone was on site. I could not find a local number, only 800 number which went to an answering machine. I was a bit concerned but we took our chances and someone was on site 24 hours which was great! We would definitely stay there again, great location and it was close to the main highway through town and about 20-30 minutes away from Silver Dollar City. Nice and quiet, loved it! Read more

    We only had a one night stay but our room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The walls were a little thin but didn't pose a big problem for us. We would probably stay there again!

    Everything was very nice. The couch with the extra TV made it nice for the third person. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked. We were so busy seeing shows, the lake and college that we never had a chance to use the nice looking pools. We really enjoyed our 6 nights stay.

    The resort appeared fairly new. The room we were assigned was very clean and well kept. We were in building 900 which did not have access to the internet. The check-out time was a little early. The sound proofing between rooms was poor. You could hear your neighbor (upstairs) walk on the floor. Each time any neighbor ran water or flushed the toilet […] it made a very loud noise. We did not have any maid service the 3 days we were there. At the completion of your stay they asked you to remove your trash, load the dishwasher, strip the beds and a few other things that I cannot remember. I would likely return if allowed a different building and floor. Read more

    My husband and I really only travel on our anniversary and usually only stay a couple days and this resort was perfect for us. The room was awesome, we had a 1 bedroom, 1 bath room. Full kitchen, living room area with fold out couch and a washer and dryer. We were wishing we could stay for a week. Will definately be back. May bring the kids and stay […] for a week. Price was very resonable. Only thing I didn't like was that the WiFi only works in the clubhouse and not in the units. 2 outdoor pools were nice, indoor pool nice, shuffleboard was fun. Also had playground area but we didn't use it. Nice fitness center area. Just overall very good experience for us. Read more
