The rooms which overlook the pool have a nice aspect, so long as there are not screaming kids. Internet is charged through a provider.

Quite good except for: (1) Initially allocated & given the key to a room that was already occupied - quite an embarrassing experience (2) Basement carpark was like a labyrinth with no exit signage

Hubby and I were on the Gold Coast for 5 days, we stayed at Vibe, Raddison and the Crowne Plaza. We moved around due to rates and some trips so kept ending up back on the coast. Our last night was at the Crowne Plaza and we wished all of our nights were there. The hotel has been remodelled and has fantastic clean, spacious and modern rooms which is always principle concern for me. The location is a bit out of the heart of Surfers which is a good thing and the staff were very very helpful. Our room even had a view of the ocean from the bed and we didn't pay for an upgrade or anything. After being at 3 other hotels plus seeing inside a few others I can honestly say book here you won't be disappointed!

Situated near the beach in Main Beach, Chidori Court is close to Mariner's Cove Marina, Surfers Paradise Beach, and Sea World. Also nearby are King Tutts Putt Putt and Sling Shot.

Entry security was very good. If wanting a holiday where you spend most of your time in the resort perhaps pick somewhere else as the pool area and spa were too crowded for the number of Units.

the staff were very nice and helpful, the hotel was nice although starting to look dated. the let down was there was half a roll of toilet paper when we arrived, no others, so with 4 males it was gone first day, it was never replaced, the room wasnt serviced while we were there, so we had one towel each for 4 days, i feel the room should have been serviced […] daily for new towels, soaps and complimentary coffees etc. as we pay for a night, every new day should bring a room servicing. overall though this is my only gripe, i didnt use the pool but it looked nice, the area is very nice and secure parking was great Read more

En séjours pour 4 nuits, nous avons prie une suite famiale pour mon mari, mon fils et moi-même. Nous avons apprécié l'espace et les équipements dans l'appartement, le parking sécurisé, le calme, le spa-pool, le coin barbecue et la proximité de la plage. Par contre les batiments mériteraient quelques rénovations.
