Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff! rooms were cleaned everyday by a friendly cleaner only downfall was that the hotel needs a bit of a refurbishment as in new decor and interior.

We spent the first week of our 2 week stay in Miami at The Hyatt and the rooms are absolutely fantastic although the location is quite disconnected from the main attractions of the beaches and major attractions. The staff were very helpful and relocated us due to the mattress being very soft in our bedroom with minimal hassle. Great Accommodation with excellent service only downsides are on flight path and location a little of the beaten track.

quite easy to get to from the airport and plenty of parking on site. we stayed only one night but it put us on the right side of town for our trip across to the gulf coast the next morning. an early breakfat at the dennys next door also helped. the room was fine, if a little dated but for what we paid it was perfectly suitable. check in staff were friendly and we would have no problems staying here again

"Good bad and ugly"
The apartment itself was very good, however the building is located adjacent to the light rail system and was very noisy. We were told that calls to North America were free. This would have been great if the phone actually worked. Wireless Internet was provided and worked. The concierge for the building has nothing to do with Elite City who are responsible […] for leasing the apartments. If you need to complain about anything, do not expect it to be resolved (we called them about the phone and nothing was done for the three days that we were there). Location was not so great. They have another property at the Bayside village (opposite the port) which is much better. We travelled in a group and had booked three apartments, but ended up getting only one apartment. They apparently double book and cancel at the last moment. Read more
"Residences 1st at Brickell"
This is not a hotel it is a rental building or condo and certain units are rented out. They do not change the towels and the only type of units available are one queen bed and 2 twin bed rooms. Other than that the place is in a good location and was very spacious.

hotel muito bem localizado, em frente a um publix, perto de miami downtown. apartamento muito confortavel e bem dividido. volto a ficar no hotel sem sombra de duvidas. hotel conta com uma academia equipadinha e os serviços sao bem prestados, equipe agradavel e com serviço de manobrista. aprovado e recomendado.
