This hotel is the best hotel of our trip/ The staff are tremendously helpful, extremely pleasant and knowlesgable. I wouldn't think about staying anywhere else while in Lisbon in the future. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay. Close to the metro and airport. Easy to get to the City Center and other parts of Lisbon proper. Room was clean and customer service was great.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The service was nice, the room was clean and modern, the internet and TV channels were great, and the location worked well for me, especially given the metro stop literally across the street. I had already spent time near the Rossio train station, which was a fantastic location, but staying in a different neighborhood gave me another experience of Lisbon which I really appreciated. There were lots of snack bars, parks, a mall, a movie theater, and work places close to the hotel, so I felt more like a local staying in that area. The only drawback of the hotel was the noise. I could hear my neighbors coughing through the night, but apart from that it was a great choice.

NH Liberdade is very well located, within 10 minute walk to the Commercial centre, Chiado, Rossi etc., all the areas that as a tourist you would want to see. There are many restaurants within the area, some just downstairs the hotel. If you are into shopping, there are many small and large stores within walking distance. Gucci is right outside the hotel door. A taxi stand and the metro are also right outside the hotel. The hop on hop off bus stops just outside the hotel. The hotel is really very conveniently located. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable enough but could do with a little updating.It would be remiss of me not to personally mention how mpressed we were by the front desk staff!! Absolutely amazing! Carlos and Rui C. stand out as just being extremely helpful and informative.They personify customer service. Thank you both for helping to make our trip to Lisbon special.

Language barrier with the owners but their two sons more than made up for this and were very nice & pleasant.Breakfast... could be impoved upon, just have a bit of variety, it may be ok for the traveller staying one or two nights but for those staying for a week it becomes a bit tiresome.....Overall we enjoyed our stay....... by DJ & Myriam from Ireland on 06/03/13

Very clean hotel. Accommodation fairly basic but excellent value for money. Breakfast included and again excellent value if a little basic. Staff helpful with a positive attitude. Although we only stayed one night we would be happy to return

The hotel Smart, I a little family run hotel, and the pride the family shows is everywhere through out, its an easy 10-15 minute walk to the beach, breakfast is included, although we opted to get our own as it was lacking.

Udemærket hotel med en morgenmadsbuffet over den forventede standard. Meget frustrerende at det ikke var muligt at komme ind på hotellet mellem kl. 02 og kl. 07 - satte begrænsninger, når middagene ofte først begyndte omkring kl. 23 i Lissabon.

Wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden, da sehr geschmackvolles Haus in einer Villengegend. Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Garten mit Pool sehr schön. Die Lage war leider etwas abseits, dafür entschädigte das ganze Ambiente.

Es un hotel sin ninguna pretensión, Caro para lo que te ofrecen. Desayuno mediocre donde el personal no estaba pendiente si hacía falta algo a los huéspedes. Habitación sin aire acondicionado. Por otro lado las instalaciones parecen bien cuidadas, es luminoso y limpio.
