Bed was not a Hampton bed. Study chair broken. Billing was difficult. Breakfast was warm not hot. Recycled cookies from yesterday but was warm and available. Stayed 2 nights. Staff was attentive and accommodating. Just not a normal stay

All was good except for a call from the desk at 11:15 p.m. (!message lights beeping) No messages so I called office who told me that we were put into the wrong room. Message light beeped again but I ignored it.

This is a great place to stay. It is by far the best place I have ever stayed at in Sidney. I have found absolutely nothing wrong. I would recommend it to anyone. It deserves better than the 2.5 rating it has. I would give it the full 5 stars.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The expanded continental breakfast they offered was great, and plentiful on the weekday I stayed there. Besides the usual fare, there were breakfast potatoes, a bagel/egg/sausage sandwich and a sign for french toast sticks (though I never saw the french toast). The room was very comfortable and very clean, and the […] blackout curtains were great. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The indoor pool and spa are nice, though it is very warm in the pool room. I used spa the night I was there, and there was too much chlorine in the water and it bleached my suit! I learned from another guest that the pool and spa had just been reopened that morning after being closed for a good length of time, so perhaps they should have checked this more thoroughly! As a solo traveler, I felt safe in the hotel and the surrounding area, which all seems to be very new. Read more

Convenient location, right off the freeway. Room was very clean. I am very picky when it comes to hotel cleanliness and I did not have any complaints here. All of the bedding, including comforters, are cleaned between guests. This was a great benefit of staying here and made me feel very comfortable. The only complaint I had at this location is that […] the air conditioner did not seem to cool the room very well, despite being set very low. This is a very nice, new Hampton Inn. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The front desk staff was friendly and made us feel very welcome at check in. Our room was spacious, clean and tastefully furnished, and we loved the high end comfort of the Hampton bed that we've come to expect every time we're lucky enough to stay at a Hampton hotel. […] The complementary breakfast was decent. A few minor drawbacks: hotel pool water is a bit cloudy (likely due to mineral content of the water -- it seemed very clean and well maintained); my 7 year old who normally loves hotel pools was absolutely terrified because he couldn't see the bottom. Every time he saw bubbles coming up he was convinced it was from an alligator. I guess he watches too many episodes of Gator Boys on Animal Planet! The one elevator stopped working right after we checked in and wasn't working by noon the next day when we checked out; our room was on the 3rd floor so it was a bit inconvenient to drag our bags down all the stairs. (Front desk staff did offer to help though). Also, there was construction going on right in front of the hotel, which made it very difficult to get to the hotel's parking lot ... but that's hardly under the control of the hotel personnel. We were traveling to Colorado and were unsure where we would be ready to stop for the night. I used TripAdvisor for two possible destinations and we decided on Sidney. The room was ready upon arrival and very comfortable. We used the pool and hot tub and enjoyed a great breakfast. The only downside was the elevator was out of service and we bad to lug […] everything up to the top floor. There was a sign that they would help with luggage upon request, but the employees we saw were younger ladies and my husband would never ask them for help. Still "new," with only about a year under it's belt as a hotel. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The best bed I slept in during a long two week road trip! Breakfast was hardy, with a very good selection of breakfast foods.

Very friendly front desk staff who allowed us to check in early and gave us a quiet room, as we requested. The room was very comfortable, clean and there were a number of dinner options within walking distance.
