Excellent. Viva Garden serviced apartment is a recently built hotel / serviced apartments with cooking facilities and washing facilities. Nice Pool and small gym. Great value for clean, new rooms. Only down side is it is about 10 stops by skytrain form Siam central (about 20 minutes).

The only thing you need to aware is the location, it's not in the city centre, it's in Bang Chak, but the hotel is just 100m away from Bang Chak BTS station so it is not an issue for us. I do not think this hotel deserves the rating it has in tripadvisor... It is indeed very nice, but the location is not great for a short tourist visit. The hotel is really a serviced residence, and the mini apartment not rented long trm they offer as hotel. No room service after 2pm...? Helpful and friendly staff.

Booked my stay online for a studio room. These were fully occupied when I checked in so was upgraded free of charge for a much bigger room. Quite far from Siam but the BTS station is only a two minute walk away so this is no problem. Staff really friendly.

Very new hotel only 2 minutes from BTS Quick taxi ride from/to airport - 270 thb.Friendly and helpful service from staff. Super breakfast. If you have a room facing east you will probably be waken up at 0745up by schoolchildren singing the national anthem and other songs at the flag rising ceremony. Very nice.

We were very pleasantly surpised by Viva Gardens. We rented a one bedroom apartment and we loved it! It was large, comfortable, quiet and nicely decorated. It had a full bathroom plus a guest bathroom, a kitchen, washing machine, a walk-in closet and a balconcy overlooking the city. The rental included a breakfast buffet which was quite good. Viva Gardens is wonderful! We rented a one bedroom apartment. It was a very good size with 1.5 bathrooms, a kitchen and a washing machine. We didn't use the kitchen much as breakfast was included and we mainly ate at the nearby markets but it was handy to have as we were traveling with our 2 year old daughter and we needed the fridge to keep milk and […] snacks. The rooms were really quiet (we stayed on the 4th floor) and they had a wonderful balcony on which we could sit in the evenings. The skytrain is literally a few steps away from the hotel which makes everything in Bangkok easily accessible. The pool was very nice and the children's playroom was a great for entertaining our daughter. The staff are fantastic - always willing to help, friendly and kind. Located near Bangchak skytrain station, thus relatively distant from shopping malls in the centre of Bangkok but still within the accessibility range. You don’t need to take taxi from the airport to get here: just take the airport link to Phaya Thai and from there skytrain to Bangchak. Booked into the one bedroom executive. Plenty of space. Good quality furnishing and very spacius bathroom with separate shower box and bath tub. Staff very courteous and helpful. 4月中旬から5月頭まで11泊しました。ユニークな形の建物でしたが、中はとても綺麗で広く、レセプションもとても感じのいい方ばかりでした。利用客は現地で働くビジネスマンが多いようで、とても品が良く、ジョイナフィーや夜の遊びを満喫しに来ているような日本人年配者もいなくて目にも快適です。サイアムやアソークからちょっと離れた場所にあるので帰宅に時間がかかりますが、ＢＴＳバンチャックからすぐなので、帰宅が遅くなっても怖くありません。繁華街ではなく、周りに何もない場所ですが、それが逆に‘家に帰る’感があって良かったです。また利用したいです。
