We were greeted by a very friendly and professional desk clerk. She was more than helpful in answering our questions and giving us directions. We felt... very welcomed and comfortable the entire time we were there. Every employee that we met was friendly. We had a nice view of the water and the rates were reasonable. The surrounding area had plenty of restaurants and shopping, walking distance to the hotel My only comment would be that there ws no shelf, countertop or towelbar in the bathroom to place toiletries etc. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay, clean and comfortable room and ample parking. The ceiling started to leak right over the bed. They gave us another room with small double beds. we had a king bed and movies and the new room smelled and no movies the matress was horrible

We stayed one night at this hotel when arriving late at night at JFK. Good pick-up service at the airport and close (5 minute taxi ride) to the Jamaica Subway station, from which we took the A-train to Manhattan. The room was OK, but the traffic was quite loud.

not my favorite place i have stayed, but main problem was the bed. i would stay again if the bed wasn't soooo hard. rooms were small but clean. No extras provided, no coffee or blow dryer in room. service was excellent. really could not ask for better front desk help. from calling before to get the best directions to leaving.

A big bed, big spa tub, little dresser no lamps, no table in the room, NO IRON BOARD and IRON. You need to take your clothes to the cleaners and get them press before you to this hotel! Service is not that great here.

This hotel sucks. Sleeping on the bed is like sleeping on the ground. Very thin blanket to keep you "warm" during the night. Very outdated place. This is the most expensive but the worst hotel I stayed during my 1 week trip to the east coast.

I just stayed one night but the motel was very comfortable. Big rooms. Nice quiet neighborhood. Restaurants close by so food is no problem. The staff too are very polite and helping. I would stay there again and would recommend this 100%.

The plus about the hotel is the location. The hotel offers a free ride from JFK to the hotel. They were very nice to say the plane had been delayed. Even though I was going to the train station on my way out, I took the free ride to the airport and then caught the shuttle to Union Station from the airport. It's ok for spending one or two nights in NYC as a transit. the cleanliness was average but the staff are super friendly and the shuttle service from and to the airport is very helpful. it's nearby to many restaurants and shops and to the airport as well.

when I did the reservation, they told me that the breakfast is included but in morning we asked for it they just gave me a flyer of one the restaurant around the motel.

the stay was great- it was a last minute booking so we didn't know what to expect but the shuttle service and the front desk were both really friendly and the room was clean, large and comfortable.

Overall, it was a nice hotel for the money. The room I had was on the street and earplugs saved my sleep. The room was clean, the service friendly and helpful and the shuttle was on time.

Our room smelled strongly of cologne and the bathroom smelled of cigarettes even though I requested non smoking. There were stains on the carpet, no wash cloth or bath mat, only one large towel, and no place to hang them. Luckily I didn't spend any time in the room other than to sleep and shower, but I would never stay there again. It may be the cheapest […] hotel near the airport but I would spend more to stay somewhere nicer and cleaner. We just stay this motel for transit. Arrived at 5 pm, departed at 5am. They pick us up and drop off with free shuttle service. Free Wifi service was available. Seven Eleven and nice bagel store near by. The room was ok. We slept well.

The location near JFK and affordable rate are the best qualities of this facility. Our room had one functioning outle, one lamp that worked, no deadbolt or extra security door lock, and a vented ceiling tile in the shower that you could see into ceiling (creepy). The room screamed excessive use with little or no maintenance.

Lots of noise by staff at night, some of the guests looked pretty scary. Totally flimsy lock on the door. Locks work with a metal key. Appropriate only for travelers who are sophisticated about sketchy places.

The room was a place to sleep only. Unfortunately the bed was so hard it was difficult to sleep. VERY small bathroom. If you are looking for comfort, you won't find it here. If you are looking for convenience you will find that. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The room was clean. No chairs or anywhere to sit.

Although room was clean it lacked a refrigerator or a towel rack in the bathroom. The door to the bathrooml ooked as though it needed a paint job.The room looked more Spartan than elegant. It was nothing like the reviws that I read on the internet.
