      Hotel was beautiful and clean, staff was very friendly and most spoke English. Room was amazing, larger than most in Japan. Even had a jacuzzi tub! Only downside is its distance from the rest of tokyo, which is really no big deal because there is a JR station about 5 min walking distance away. Great place to stay, recommend to anyone travelling through tokyo that likes a little luxury for a decent price!

    No access for wi-fi in your room. I find the free coffee offering only in the afternoons very offensive because I believe that it is the leftover coffee from the mornings, but have no proof of it. The hotel was suppossed to give us a 16 oz of water per day but only got it on the last full day of my stay. I asked the front desk if I could check-out at […] 11 am instead of 10 am, they said that if I checked out one minute later than 10, I would pay 20 dollars extra. Not a customer friendly hotel.     部屋は狭いけれど快適。唯一気になったのは、湘南台の場所。説明がなく、藤沢駅から小田急線で行く必要が有ります。着けば気持ちのいいところです。

    周辺の学校を受験する人にはとても便利なホテルです。湘南台の駅からもすぐですし、１階はコンビニなので欲しいものがすぐ買えます。お部屋は狭かったのですが、浴室にはバスタブが付いているし、入浴剤のサービスもありました。お部屋にはファブリーズや加湿器が常備されていました。私は利用しませんでしたが、朝食が４００円というお値段には驚きです。やはり冬は受験生が多く利用するらしく、バス停までの地図や時刻表もチェックインの時に頂けて、詳しく説明もして下さいました。スタッフ皆さんアットホームな感じがするホテルでした。
