"worst night of sleep ever"
The motel only had two towels per room and we had four people in each room we had three rooms, when we went up to ask for more towels the lady at the front desk became very rude and would only give us three towels so we had 9 towels for 12 people. The beds might have well as been slap of wood it was so hard. I will never stay at that hotel again and […] for the price I could have stayed at the days inn. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Room door was difficult to open, had to slam it with my shoulder to get it open. Remote for TV didn't work, although our room was reserved for 2 people we had only towels and shampoo for one.Genuine Expedia guest review
"cheap but no extras"
I stay here every so often when the budget is at a pinch, room starts at $ 40.00 and is very basic. That is to be expected, rooms are clean but the furnishings are used and some in need of repair. Not every room has a working phone. Free Wi-Fi and a pool are available. Staff is nice and will try to help. Very few towels.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Didn't feel safe or clean"
When I first walked in my "non-smoking" room I was overcome with the smell of cigarette smoke, the bathroom ceiling had some sort of orange-brown grime on it, and there was a nice big spider waiting next to my bed. They also apparently permit other hotel stayers to blast loud music and have loud parties in the parking lot late into the night. I would […] never go back nor recommend it to anyone. I was scared to sleep in the bed. The whole thing was spooky and rundown. It must be used as a weekly/monthly residence, too. We left in the middle of the night and barely slept a wink. Guess one gets what they pay for!Genuine Expedia guest review

This hotel is undoubtedly a 1 star accommodation. I would give it 0 stars if it were possible. Dirty bed, no toiletries, scratchy towels, shady parking lot, the list goes on. This place needs to be bulldozed over and replaced.Genuine Expedia guest review

Staff very friendly, room clean although shower needs improvement, not good for short people - no tub. Heating system either blasted or was totally off all night - very uncomfortable bed.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Should be called the "Dump Inn""
This hotel should be condemned, the doors do not seal, a/c works somewhat, refridgerator was so so and not sure what the smell is in the lobby, but it stinks. One of the hottest days yet this year, pool is closed and covered? No one at the front desk in the morning.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Price made up for anything it lacked"
It's a budget motel and I got what I was expecting for the price I paid. The room was clean, the sheets were clean and not a sign of a bed bug in sight, and the shower was hot and stayed that way, a definite plus. TV went in and out a little, but I was mainly looking for a place to crash for one night only and move on, and it provided me just that. […] Check in was super fast and easy, the clerk was very nice, and so was her husband when I called to get the internet password. It met my expectations for a budget rate place and kept me warm and dry, as it was pouring rain outside. I felt reasonably safe and would stay there again if I were passing through and needed the least expensive place. Don't expect any frills here, but it was nice that Domino's delivered to my door, as there was no way I was going out in the rainstorm! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Great alternative to overpriced downtown hotels"
06/03/14 snyc88 New York City, New York
Was in Omaha for the Berkshire Hathaway AGM and most of the hotels downtown were either booked or were gauging prices. This hotel was about a 10-15m drive from the centurylink - which came out to about $20-30 each way ( i split with my friend as I did the hotel). I did not get to see much of the hotel, but the rooms were nice and clean, the king size bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also a good perk, given how early we had to get up both days. Overall a good experience, but next time will def rent a car to get around the city as the taxis quickly added up to 2-3x what it would have cost to rent for the 2 days.
"Unsafe any time of the day"
06/17/13 phantomdrvr Memphis, Tennessee
Hookers in the parking lot following other guests to their rooms, no refrigerator(as advertised), no microwave (as advertised), smoke alarm ripped off the wall, room numbers missing/broken off of doors, next door guest has lived there for 6 months. Does this sound like your normal guest experience? If so, you'll love this place! But, if not traveling as a biker gang or Navy seal team, you may find it intimidating. Made it on my top two list of WORST motels I've ever encountered in my life. If the price was cut in half (it was $99 per night) it might be easier to accept if safety for your family isn't a concern. On the plus side, a/c was cool, desk clerk was friendly, linens were clean, and TV was okay. Not a place for the faint of heart. Good luck if you choose to stay here.
"You get what you pay for."
As a young, female traveler, traveling by myself can be scary at times. However, I had no issues with this hotel. I arrive in a downpour, but checkin was fast and the front desk lady was very courteous. I did not expect a 5 star hotel experience, and there are certainly things that could be improved upon, but overall, I was extremely pleased with my stay and felt safe. The room was overall clean, no bedbugs, and the bed was comfortable. I got a great deal on a blind booking, and believe I received what I was expecting for what I paid. I would stay here again if I was traveling through Omaha again.

"Not worth the Money"
03/12/11 nikkilynn128 Kearney, Nebraska
We stayed at this hotel last weekend. We were with our friends and each of us got our own room. Our room the only thing I have good to say about it is that I got some sleep that night, the comforter and blanket were dirty, the romote didnt work and the shower was not as clean as it should be. We got lucky the friends we were with had a room right next to us and when they walked in they said the door was cracked open a little then once they got in the room it was dirty, elect. outlets did not work, she had to come use ours to charge their cell phones and do her hair. They called down to the front desk and were told that the rest of the rooms were booked. The next morning we called down to see if they had extra toothpaste and they said they dont carry that. (What kind of hotel doesnt carry extra shampoo and toothpaste for their customers) If you are in the area look around there are many more hotels for the same price that are alot nicer!!
"Better places In Ethiopia"
02/07/11 JustinCampbell Dayton, Ohio
We made a stop here on the way to Ohio from Idaho due to blinding snow storms... and really considered getting back on the road once I saw the room. I paid $15/ day in Southeast Ethiopia for a room with 2 meals a day and the cleanest whites from handwashed clothinervice. So maybe I'm just spoiled... Bathroom: Lime buildup on showerhead, dirty corners in tub, and rusting on the doorframe from steam. Drain stopper rod bent due to buildup on the internal mech. Beds: We slept on top with our blankets after discovering small (Blood, feminine?) spotting on the white underside. We had to go to the front desk to get a television remote, from which the battery continuously needed reseating, due to there being no back on the batt. compartment. There was no alarm or ANY clock for that matter, in the room. The drawer interiors were too dirty to unpack our clothing. One wall outlet box was separated from the wall by over an inch, overwhich I placed our suitcases to keep my 17 month old son from playing with it. Random: There was some sort of thatch-ish hard flooring, vomit colored paint, and uncertain health conditions in the room, but Domino's delivers right to your door. The attendant was helpful and friendly, but the remote she issued to me upon discovery that someone had stolen the one from the room, was like the rest of the hotel, busted. It was hard to find the road, I thought I was driving through private property to find Sapp-brothers Rd. If you are a contractor, outlaw, or fieldhand and just need a place to gut a hooker, this'll do... But definitely not family friendly, even with an indoor pool.
"Worst Motel I have ever stayed in."
07/12/10 MainAttraction4u Sioux City, Iowa
I checked in at 9:30 p.m. The lady Jonette(sp) Checked me, and my sister, and boyfriend in. We got up to the room, and their were dead bugs on the floor. The air conditioner we could NOT get it to shut off. We called down to the front desk, because we wanted to switch rooms, the lady said she was booked and couldn't do that. We then took the bug down to the desk, she told us we had gotten the bug from outside, we were lying. We asked for extra towels, and she said they were all dirty and could not provide us with extra towels the same thing with blankets. So we went to check out, and the lady told us we could NOT get a refund. So, we were pretty much forced to stay in this really small motel room. The lady was rude. The next day I went down to check out, there was no Manager. She was on vacation. No one was in charge therefore they could not issue me a refund. I contacted Guest relations after about a week of trying to get in touch with the manager. The manager never returned one of my calls. Then when I did get ahold of her, she called me a liar, belittled me and basically would not let me get a word in edge wise. I contacted corporate, and nothing has happened. This has been going on for over 2 weeks now, and yet I am getting no where. I will never ever stay at a Motel6 again. I have been in Hospitality business for years, and this is not a way to treat a guest.
"No Bedbugs and clean"
11/01/09 bedbugwatcher milwaukee, wi
Checked in and was treated cordially and professionally. We had made reservations and had requested a bottom floor unit and they came thru on that. In light of the recent bedbug epidemic in the US , we did a careful inspection of the bedding and discovered NO BEDBUGS. The room was also cleanly , no gross surprises, it was typical for a Motel 6, spartan, small, rough towels, but good basic cable and very nice to park right by our door. Beds were decent, sheets clean. The mgt of this hotel should be encouraged to keep a vigilant eye out for bedbugs as if these happy little critters hitch a ride on your luggage, it will take a minimum of $2000 dollars to rid your home of these pests once they get established inside the walls of your home. Lets hope the rest of the Motel 6's around the country get a clue and take steps to prevent these pests. The only negative that I can think of is there is only 1 ice machine at the check in area, and it spitted out only 3 pitiful, ice-shaveing-type ice cubes when the desk gave me a tiny, glad-sandwich sized baggy to fill, so by all means bring your own ice. No big deal on this minor inconveniance. There is a huge monsterous convience store only a block or 2 away, open 24 hrs, so this was not a problem. Mgt told me they had good coffee in the lobby in the morning. We were gratefull that this Motel 6 delivered on its national promise of a good cheap clean place to stay for the nite. And in Omaha, this unfortunatly seems to be a rarity, according to reviews. Bottom line is this place is a go, but check the beds when you arrive, as with any motel room you check into.

Vetry dirty interior. Graffitti on the walls in the hallways, torn green carpet, reeked like cigarrette smoke. The blanket on the bed was too small... This place was very gross
