We went there in December 2012. Hotel is clean and quiet. Personnel is okay but need to improve their English. Also I must mentioned we had a terrible check out as the bill for the restaurant was confusing. We felt they wanted to charge us for more than what we consumed.

Good things: Villa style rooms, great furnishings/fittings, nice reception, very calm and quiet, very decent food. Not so good things: Very remotely located, very difficult to find if reaching late in the evening, locations looks isolated at times, no near by shops/stores, it is a decent walk to beach. Things that needs improvement: Proper walk way to beach (stone gravel hurt feet, sandy would be nice), geysers are hopeless - solar geysers would be ideal

Wow, what a nice place to stay with wonderful staff. This place is truely a gem in India and as a traveler guide publisher I can't say enough about this jewel of a hotel. In Oct 2012 I spent three weeks mostly in Goa while having dental work done in Margo. Three days on my first visit, returning two other times on short notice and two additional surprise visits during my visit to India. Each and every visit proved that this was a find not to be missed. Start with the new buildings and rooms, the last construction just finishing up on the final structure. Perfect grounds, families won't find a better set-up in all of India. Away from the vendors and stores, but still just minutes from the beach and everything in Colva. Now Colva is your most Americanized location in Goa and in saying that, all of India. The beaches are both swimable and safe, something not found at many Goa beaches. Also, the Colva area has more of the upscale hotels located in the surrounding towns. Staying at Costa Del Sol was as nice as any three star hotel in Boston or San Francisco. As amenities go, had everything and everything worked well. Again, can't go wrong ever booking at Costa Del Sol, that is if you can get a room, so book soon. While looking out back at Costa Del Sol from your balcony you'll see shepherds and cows, rice planters and Asian fields of tropical trees and plants, wild boar, monkey's and an endless feast for the eyes.

This hotel is awesome very private. If you want to go to North Goa do not stay here. Also this hotel is very inside very hard to find. Room service is great. Beach is absolutely beautiful. Do not take water sports over there it's expensive. The highlight part is hotel and beach must see once

The fotos are very old and give no true information!!! Also we paid for 2 AC cottages, but when we arrived they gave us non AC and refused to changed!!!, It was very hot in March, we cant normally sleep! the rats in restaurant!!! it is aufull. Please think twice before paid them for nothing!!!

Very nice hotel on a beach. Good prices on monsoon, and very nice quality. Take room with A/C. Tasty english breakfast at restauran and good locations - bars and shops and taxi are very close. The breakfast was served after 35 min waiting time, while the people at another table had to wait only for 5 min. After I asked them the breakfast was served within a few minutes. We stayed 5 days and the room was not cleaned once. Otherwise fab place. Tasty drinks, good foof, ON the beach and cheap.

Superb location right on the beach and next to the shopping area. Modest, plain and simple hotel. No cleaning during the 3 nights, we were there. For a 2 star hotel, I think it is good value.
