It was a very nice boutique Hotel. Service was good, room was clean. Great location for walking to the beach & restaurants. Will definitely be back this summer

We visited in February so not season by any means. Hotel staff upgraded us to an apartment for price of standard room. No view but it was roomy while we waited out the rain and jet lag. It's about a 10 minute walk to the bus stops and 20 to the train. Considering the euro vs dollar I'd call this place a bargain.

Good modern hotel with good facilities and restaurant. Only around 10-15 minute walk to International Key and the main bar/restaurant area of Antibes. Easy car parking too!

Very decent place to stay. Friendly staff, great location (pubs, cafes, beach etc. within walking distance). I stayed in December, which is off-season, and it was reasonably priced. I am told it is much more expensive in the Summer.

The location is excellent: on the sea and a short stroll from the marché and Old Town area. We unfortunately had only one day here in between work engagements but would love to come back for a longer stay. Bi/tri-lingual staff was very helpful. We had a cityside apartment, which was roomy, clean, and quiet. Overall: well done!

My wife and I attended MIPIM in March and we wanted a nice hotel near Cannes but away from all the traffic and commotion. The Royal Antibes was a great location, plenty of room (we had a two-bedroom suite w/kitchenette), great service, convenient parking and a wonderful view of the water from our balcony. European hotels have a reputation for small rooms but ours had plenty of space. The location was terrific right on the water and easy walking distance to wonderful restaurants, shopping and the Picasso Museum. Although we didn't do much cooking, it was nice to have the kitchenette and a large refrigerator. My only (very minor) complaint is about the rooms - they are furnished in modern, minimalist style, but they are very clean with ample closets. The main bathroom was quite large although the secondary bathroom had a better shower stall (I'm not a fan of the "half glass" wall on the tub - no matter how hard I tried, I still got everything wet in the main bathroom - was not a problem in the other bathroom). I would gladly stay at the Royal Antibes for my next visit to southern France - it's a very convenient location and a full service hotel. Read more

We found a very new, lovely hotel; Royal Antibes Hotel, Residence, Beach and Spa perfectly positioned on the coastal road facing the Mediterranean. We chose a standard room for […] 2 nights. We wanted to make certain that this was a good hotel and location before extending our stay for 10 days. Reception from the hotel staff was exceptional; speaking perfectly,charmingly accented english. The cleanliness of our room was above expectation, comfortable premium bedding, large, modern bathrooms, convenient to everything; restaurants right outside of the hotel and around every corner. We upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment overlooking Mediterranean. This incredible experience of watching the sun rise over the water from our balcony and living room will be one of the unforgettable moments. If you can splurge a little, I highly recommend upgrading. The apartment has a modern kitchenette, large living room facing the Mediterranean. Savings from eating in will more than make up the difference in price... After traveling through France and Italy, what we have found is that the people you encounter are really what make or break the whole experience… having said that, I can tell you that the entire professional team at The Royal Antibes Hotel absolutely made our stay in Antibes an enchanting and wonderful vacation! The hotel has a good location to travel around if you have a car with you. The hotel charges for parking but you can park on the street or in front of the hotel. Juan les Pines is a most and is just 10min away. The historic city is walking distance, as well as Antibes city centre. The hotel allows you to drive to Monaco and back to the east as well […] as Cannes to the west. The only problem was that the hotel beach club is actually a separate division which requires you to pay for the sun chairs, they should'nt advertise as having a beach resort if they are going to charge extra for it. In this case it is 100 times better to go to Juan les Pines and rent sun chairs there for the entire day, much nicer beach and several restaurants around. Read more

The hotel is very good, well sited and such. Services included were very good. The only problem we had was with our airconditioning which unfortunately took a lot longer than it should have, and a little bit of reminding which is unfortunate. Bright, modern and newly refurbished in an excellent position facing the sea and within easy walking distance of the town and all its amenities. The private beach is small but very attractive and well furnished with loungers ( charge for use ) tables, chairs,bar, sofas etc. The beaches in Antibes are not brilliant but Juan les Pins is easily reached […] by foot, bus or "petit train" with more of a resort feel. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. The furnishings in the bedroom were minimal and basic but the rooms at the front may have been more comfortable and no doubt reflected in the price. This was probably the nicest 4 star room I've styled in in years. Right on the water, 10 minute stroll to downtown. The rooms are impeccable and the service fantastic. We stayed 2 extra nights.

Great location within walking distance to the old city. It is just across the road from the sea. The apartment style room was great, especially with a little one - good kitchen facilities so we could still cook her food and good sized room/living area. The value of payed money although has not been reflected by the overall quality of the hotel. This is a brand new hotel, so lovely clean, modern rooms. The location is great as it's equidistant from both Antibes old town (approx 10 min stroll) and Juan Le Pins (approx 15 min stroll) so great for visiting both and the train station is only 15 mins stroll away too and from there, it's just 5 Euros return to Cannes. The only downside is the lack […] of swimming pool (although there are tonnes of beaches nearby just watch out for the jellyfish) and the high priced breakfast and food which meant that we didn't eat there. Also, the housekeeping was a little lacking with no clean bed sheets during our 10 night stay. Reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and when we arrived to find that we had 2 twin beds pushed together in our room, a room with a king size bed was quickly found for us with no hassle. I would return again if there were no rooms available in hotels with swimming pools. Read more

Nytt fräscht hotell med bra läge. Rejält med garageplatser om man har hyrbil. Rena rum, bra sängar och helt ok utrustat kök för frukost och lättare luncher. Balkong mot havet = förmiddagssol, balkong mot "baksidan" = eftermiddags och kvällssol. Största minuset är den överprisade frukostbuffen. Bättre gå någon annanstans eller fixa själv.

The Royal Antibes Hotel was a starange experience. We were there off-season and we felt a bit as guinea pigs. I don't think the staff had had many guests before us. We felt as if we had booked a room at a hotel school, only the teachers were missing. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful but we felt they lacked the knowledge and experience […] for a four star hotel. When we arrived the staff gathered behind the reception desk and looked at us as if we were something they had never seen before. Misses in service (the room not ready on arrivel even though we came around 4 o'clock was made up for by half a bottle of champagne).
