The stay was allright. I booked it trough hotels.com and your personnel charged me the full amount anyway. When I tried to talk to a manager ,nobody was available. I have never encounter any problem at any of the Marriott hotels before, and I have been in many of them. It was very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprise how well the bed slept. It was one of the 'best' experiences in a long time. I will definitely visit the hotel again in the future on my next travel.

We were so impressed with this hotel as it is literally like an apartment as it even has a dishwasher in addition to the cooking stove & full refrigerator. It was also impeccably clean which is very important. We actually wished that we would have had more time to spend there as it was just a stopover on our way to visit our daughter in Salt Lake City, […] but we will certainly recommend it to others that may be making the trip!! The rooms are great, clean, etc. One of the best hotels Ive stayed at for quite a bargain. Great value! The service on the other hand was terrible. Concierge was on phone with her boss and we had to wait 10 minutes for her to tell her boss that there was a guest waiting to be checked in and hang up. The check-in process then took half an hour before […] we got our keys, one of which didn't work and needed reset. At checkout they tried to charge us for our prepaid room and we had to show them their mistake before leaving. Overall I rate it as an average experience, fantastic rooms and amenities and hopefully you wont run into the same service problems. Read more

Great room! Small fringe, stovetop, and microwave in a beautiful room. The breakfast is just continental. We would have liked to have more than one night. Be sure to eat to eat at Toko Oni, a delicious Basque restaurant.

nicest hotel in Elko. Very clean. very pretty. good staff. Bestwestern or Holiday inn are not as new or as stylish but are very nice and are a little cheaper.
