setting was awesome!!! unfortunately it had rained when we arrived so there were mossies about but the owner provided us with repelant and other things... which he wasnt requried too... but lovely all the same. cottages are very cute and very comfortable! by Karen M from Sydney on 01/27/12

Wir waren am Ende unseres zweimonatigen Australienaufenthalts in den Kalimna Wood Cottages. Der Ort ist wunderbar, die Cottages liegen etwas ausserhalb von Lakes Entrance in einem Eukalyptuswald. Die Häuschen sind rustikal hergerichtet und die Einrichtung ist charmant und recht luxuriös. Die Umgebung ist eine Mischung aus Natur und Arrangement, sehr […] originell. Das Besitzerehepaar ist sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben eine weitere Nacht dort verbracht und es wurde uns sogar ein Rabatt uf den Cottage-Preis gewährt. In der Umgebung hat es viele Tiere und der Besitzer füttert jeden Mrgen einen Schwarm Sittiche, Loris und Tauben: eine richtige Attraktion für Vogelliebhaber. Man kann diese Cottages jedem Australienreisenden nur wärmstens empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Read more

Very nice cottages with kitchen, outside bbq, fireplace etc. You can see birds, possums and more around the cottages. Too far from beach to walk. Lakes Entrances is a beautiful place in general. You won't be sorry for booking this place for a night or two.
