This was my first time in Lima with business and leisure purposes. The staff at the Vila Santa hotel helped to make it a successful and pleasent stay at a fair price. Alba and Yessenia at the front desk and the manager Jessica, they went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure that we were comfortable. They treated us as if we were regular customers. They were eager to help with advice, directions, and dining recommendations. The customer service at this hotel is outstanding!

Very good hotel. The AC on the window was a little noisy, but the willing to help of the hotel's personal was amazing. I saw that they where working out side of the AC. I hope that will take care the noise form the AC unit. The rest of my experience was very good!

Its a good hostel/hotel. The helpful staff is really what took our experience from good to great, they were so friendly and informative. Breakfast is nice and the overall layout of the place is really cool and pretty. Our room was nice (it was the comfortable double), but it was hot and a bit musty because of no air conditioning - but what do you want for the reasonable price for the area? The room was very clean on the surface but a few 'deep cleaning' things were not taken care of (unfortunately this is more a result of the gross people that must have stayed there before smearing things on the furniture that the cleaning person probably didn't consider looking for). But again, for the price, we were more than happy, and it was a very nice way to start our time in Lima. You can't beat the location or the staff.

El Hotel muy bien ubicado a unas 2 cuadras de Larcomar, buen tamaño de las habitaciones, limpio, comodo, buenas opciones al desayuno. Pero la atencion bastante mala ibamos a salir a las 4 am y pedimos que nos llamaran un taxi dijeron que no podian hacerlo y que lo mejor era tomarlo en la calle, cuando íbamos a pagar la habitación hacían el cambio excesivamente […] caro a 2,75 soles por Dolar cuando en todas partes lo hacen a 2,58-2,60. Deixou muito a desejar: o hotel não tem elevador. Me colocaram em um quarto com o ar condicionado que já era sabido que estava quebrado. Tive que falar para me realocarem de quarto. O frigobar vem vazio, pra tomar uma coca cola que seja tem que ligar pra recepção. O chuveiro do banheiro é ruim, jogava muita água pros lados e não na direção correta. […] O café da manhã é simplório e sempre que acabava algo (queijo, presunto, suco, manteiga) demorava a ser reposto (isso em dia que havia pouca gente tomando café, imagina com muitas). Não gostei!
