We enjoyed our stay. The customer service was excellent. The Hotel was clean and there was much attention to detail. The breakfast was very nice. Our only complaint would be that the room was quite small.

Service better than first class; proprietors bent over backwards to make our stay the best possible experience. Perfect location with excellent views. Amenities and cleanliness could not be faulted. B and B was nice enough for the weekend. The room was very small though and we were glad we didn't bring lots of luggage. Would have preferred greater flexibility with breakfast time 8 - 8.30 not ideal if you'd like a lie in.

We stayed 3 nights at the corner house. It was the perfect place to use as a base to get around everywhere that we wanted to see: Mousehole, Land's End, St Michael's Mount, St Ives, Minack Theatre and so many other places. ご夫婦で経営されているこじんまりとしたした宿。ペンザンスの駅からは15～20分歩いた海沿いの道に面していて天気が良い日はブラブラ散歩も快適。今回の部屋からは海の眺めは見られませんでしたが、部屋によってはオーシャンビューの部屋もあるようです。部屋はお世辞にも広いとは言えませんが（いや、かなり狭いです）、ベッド、シーツは清潔で、シャワールームとトイレ（こちらも狭いですが）も掃除がいきとどいていて清潔で不快な感じは全くありません。難点は部屋が狭いのでトイレとベッドとの距離がほとんどないこと（それを嫌がる女性はいるかもしれません）。アメニティはシャンプー、リンス、ボディシャンプーがシャワールームに備え付けてあり、ドライヤー、湯沸かしポット、（恐らく無料の）ミネラルウォーター、コーヒー、紅茶、クッキー […] も部屋に提供されています。オーナー夫妻はとても親切でアットホーム。朝食もイングリッシュフルブレックファストが提供され美味しかったです。ホテルでくつろぐというタイプの宿ではないと思いますが、清潔でアットホームな宿です。ちなみに、チェックアウト後の荷物は宿に保管スペースがないため預かり不可という貼り紙がありました。 Read more

Ein rundrum empfehlenswertes kleines Hotel. Das Zimmer mit Seeblick im 2. Stock war gemütlich und stimmig eingerichtet und sauber. Das ganze Haus fühlt sich sehr familiär an. Die Eigentümer waren jederzeit nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das sehr leckere Frühstück besteht aus Ei, Speck, Würstchen, Pilzen, Bohnen, Tomaten, frischem Obst (Erdbeeren, […] Ananas, Melone, Orangen) sowie Cornflakes, Jogurt, Teilchen und Pfannekuchen. Das Hotel liegt an einer tagsüber stärker, nachts jedoch weitgehend ruhigen Straße, so dass man bei offenem Fenster eher das Meer als Motorengeräusche hört. Das Stadtzentrum von Penzance erreicht man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten. Einen etwas engen Parkplatz gibt es hinter dem Haus. Read more

We stayed for one night during our trip to Land's End. Most enjoyable, close to everything, e.g the ferry to the Scillies. Rather early breakfast (8-8:30 with possible flexibility). Friendly host, relaxed atmosphere even in the hight of the high season.

Önskar man kvalitet på sitt boende med personlig toutch är detta ett superställe. Härligt inredda rum, sköna sängar, mycket god och valbar frukost, utomordentlig service. Fem minuters avstånd till centrum men med strandpromenaden tvärsöver gatan.

Norman und seine Frau sind wirklich super freundlich, aber Frühstück von 8h bis 8.30 h ist wirklich ein Unding, viel zu früh im Urlaub. Unser Zimmer war nach hinten raus, daher einigermaßen ruhig aber die Decken sind so niedrig, dass wir ständig daran denken mussten, den Kopf einzuziehen. Parken im Hotel Queens direkt nebenan für 5Pfund/tag ist i. O. […] Hinzu kommt leider, dass Penzance wirklich kein schöner Ort in Cornwalll ist. Es gibt viele schönere Orte. Read more
