Very couteous staff, breakfast is outstanding, room views are perfect. For the money it is the best value I get in all of Europe. I would highly recommend staying here whether you fly into either airport in Istanbul.

We checked in late night coming from Zurich and we were welcomed by Ishmael and his assistant. Since we have our sleepy 3 year old daughter with us, he got us a family room right away and took care of our luggages and gave us 4 extra pillows. I asked for a bottle of wine to unwind and was told that they don't serve alcohol in the hotel but willing to go to the store for me. I told him it was not necessary. The service is superb from the front desk, housekeepers and to breakfast staff. The only thing missing is a lift to go to the rooftop for breakfast, otherwise it has great view.

It was not a pleasant experience staying in such hotel. First of all a native Turkish drive couldn't find it for 30 minutes although it's near of the most popular Taksim square. Second, They keep it operated while they are having maintenance ,How Come!! Third, The simple description of the receptionist is he was just Rude. Fourth, Al tough I booked […] a triple room, the hotel didn't have a triple room and after negotiation they brought us a third bed that was too fragile to be slept on. We had to ask for shower Gel and Shampoo each time we need them. We only had one trash basket in the toilet. The noise coming from nearby night clubs and then from drunk people in streets at that location is another issue to consider. I will avoid this hotel whenever possible in my next visits. Read more

Det var vores 8. tur til Istanbul, aldrig har vi boet på så dårligt et hotel. Der var beskidt, meget dårlig service og en masse mangler på værelset. Vinduerne kunne ikke lukkes ordentligt, ingen kanaler der virkede og møbler som faldt fra hinanden. Alt i alt var det et meget dårligt sted. Kan absolut ikke anbefales på nogen måde.
