My husband and I had a great stay at this hotel. We were warned that it could be noisy, but we experienced that only on the saturday night when some youths were going to the city (and returning...). All the other nights the apparment building was quiet silent so we were not disturbed by other people. Its location is great! Just 200 meters to the beach! And Sitges is a wonderful destination! We enjoyed the simple apartment very much!

Centrally located and within easy walking distance of most of the major sights, this boutique style hotel is extremely convenient when on a short city break to Barcelona and when ‘time’ is important. Just 1 minute from the metro station, other areas of the city (and beyond) are within easy reach. The room and bathroom were modern, comfortable and clean; free wi fi was a bonus. The air conditioning did not work; the reason given was partly the time of the year (end of April) and also that some liked it cooler whilst others preferred it warmer (presumably depending upon the country of origin of the guest!) – I thought that was the idea of the air conditioning units with the facility to warm or cool the air! An excellent buffet breakfast is available in the brightly lit and cheerful basement with a good choice of healthy and not so healthy options. The front desk was very helpful in ‘phoning and dealing with a problem with the local hotel/airport transfer company. We arrived early (around 10.15 hrs) but were given a room immediately so we could get out and about without a delay.

Situated in the heart of Barcelona, Amister Apartments is within walking distance of Centre de Cultura Contemporania de Barcelona and Plaza Catalonia. Also nearby are Las Ramblas and Casa Batllo.
Property Features.
In addition to a concierge desk and multilingual staff, Amister Apartments features an elevator (lift). Wireless and wired high-speed Internet access is complimentary in public areas. For a surcharge, guests receive transportation including a roundtrip airport shuttle (available on request) and a cruise ship terminal shuttle. Guest parking is available for a surcharge.

The 11 air-conditioned guestrooms at Amister Apartments include laptop-compatible safes and washers/dryers. Guests can use the in-room complimentary wireless and wired high-speed Internet access. I love this place! Nice apartments with plenty of space, central location with walking distance to everything. Next time I'm coming back to Barcelona I will book it again.

tres bonne impression, appartement fonctionnel et moderne , seul le bruit de la rue, malgre un double vitrage, est un peu dérangeant. Trés bien situé à côté des ramblas et de métro Cataluna.Point idéal pour visiter Barcelone à pied ,en metro ou en bus(city tour).
