A really enjoyable stay. Very welcoming hosts, the room was comfortable and clean - nice finishing touches. Perfect location for exploring Conwy, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Lovely breakfast host. We'll definitely stay again soon.

Hosts were very accommodating, we had a lovely chat with Andrew on arrival and the gentleman who served breakfast was delightful. Hotel is a quick 5 min walk to the centre of Conwy and there is a bus stop 50 meters up the road that will get you to nearby and beautiful Llandudno which is also a must see.

Beautiful hosts, nice sized room, nice views, awesome breakfast, average shower pressure, short walk to town. Would stay here again. Wifi didn't work well from my room, but I was only there for a night, and it worked at breakfast downstairs so it was fine. Clean room, nice looking property, comfy bed, tasty breakfast and 5 minutes walk from conway castle. Rooms were very quiet despite a full house of guests. During our visit in october the room was a bit cold as there is no double glazing but an additional electric heater is provided in the room.

Bryn Derwen B&B was a great pick, its location to the main town was good and the hosts were very hospitable and friendly. The breakfast was brillaint, super quick service and everything catered to. The only slight down side to this hotel was our room. We did choose the compact double so I expected it to be small but it really was tiny tiny! You cannot […] actually see the TV guide from the bed becasue the TVs so small and feeling rather claustophobic in the bathroom it was nice to leave the door open but then it covers the TV for the other person! You then have to slide round and shut the door to get around the bed!! I was always banging my toes and legs trying to shimmy round the bed! There is also no shelf or anything in the bathroom where I could leave my makeup, toiletries etc. Overall however, the bed was comfy and the hosts and brealfast were brilliant so I would recommend it, just pay the little extra for a standard room. my son and I stayed on a 2 day fishing trip. TypicalGuest house .welcoming, comfortable and clean. parking tight if late arrival. full breakfast V.G. set up for days exellent sport at Craiglwydd Springs. 6 Rainbows from 3 to 14 lbs. will use again.

Lovely place to stay, just opposite the castle so getting into town is a pretty 5 - 10 minute walk. Really pretty room with a bathroom which was exceptionally clean. Good breakfast, what more could you ask for. Perhaps a help your self breakfast would have been better as portions are large and this would save wastage, I could't finish mine. The hotel […] is high on a hill so the entrance is steep, however you can drive up the hill to the car park at the back and get in that way. Belle vue sur le jardin pour le petit déj. on avait peur de la montée pour le parking, mais aucun souci, c'est juste un peu raide. très beau séjour - le B&B est à 5 minutes à pied du centre du village, Conwy ville très mignonne à visiter (vues sublimes depuis les remparts) et chateau sympa, […] et tout proche en voiture de Llandanno (belle plage, Great Orme park sublime - joli ponton) - attention pour les français : les pubs ne servent plus à manger après 20h! mais très bon fish and chips ouvert plus tard : on a pris un plat qu'on a mangé sur le port en prenant un verre au pub. Trés satisfait, très bon accueil et ce malgré mon arrivée à vélo un jour de grosse pluie. Cela n'a pas fait perdre leur bonne humeur aux propriétaires. Le petit souci c'est que la maison est sur une hauteur et on y accéde côté rue par toute une série de marche en pas d'éléphant et à l'arrière par une petite route en très forte pente.
